the property has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient. As suggestion ill add a washing machine . The host was very friendly and accommodating. Thanks for sharing the apartment.

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und dank der hohen Decken ist das Raumgefühl im Wohnbereich super. Dazu ist der Ausblick dank der großen Fensterfront toll. Nachbarn freundlich und der Kontakt zum Host immer flott gewesen. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Touren im Salzkammergut.Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das Zementwerk, welches man von vielen Fenstern aus sieht und nachts auch hören kann. Dass sollte unserer Meinung nach zumindest auf den Bildern in der Anzeige zu sehen sein.

Für eine Woche ein sehr schönes zu Hause.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der FeWo sehr genossen. Das es warm werden kann haben wir gewusst, haben uns aber arrangiert. Besonders nett war der Mieter im Erdgeschoss des Hauses, der uns die Wohnung gezeigt hat und mit dem wir einen sehr schönen letzten Abend verbracht haben. Gerne wieder.

Fewo sehr heiß, schlechter Schlaf

Positiv:Große, geräumige Fewo mit guter Ausstattung. Spielsachen für Kinder vorhanden. Negativ:Die Fewo hat viele Glasfronten und Fenster, aber keine Beschattung bzw. Abdunklung der Fenster möglich - somit bei Außentemperaturen um die 30 Grad extrem heiß in der Wohnung. Ein Schlafzimmer war wegen der fehlenden Abdunklungsmöglichkeit des Dachflächenfensters nicht zu benützen. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer verursachte bei uns starke Rückenschmerzen, die Matratze war extrem alt und durchgelegen!

Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß für 6 Personen. Die negativen Eigenschaften: - Ausblick direkt auf ein Zementwerk - Es gibt nur einen "Parkplatz" in der Wiese, wir waren mit Motorrädern dort und nach vielen Tagen Dauerregen wären die dort wohl eingesunken. - Fehlende Verdunkelung in den Schlafzimmern, unter dem Dachfenster ist es ab 5 Uhr taghell -keine Verunkelungen im Wohnzimmer aber Riesenfensterwand ... im Sommer bei mehreren Tagen über 30° möchte ich dort nicht sein

Gut: Große helle Fewo im OG mit Dachterasse, gute Raumaufteilung, sep WC, viele Steckdosen, Wlan weniger gut: Blick auf Betonwerk und 7 Tage Geräusche von dort Gar nicht gut: Dachfenster Kizi- nicht abzudunkeln, Sauberkeit im Bad (Zahnputzbecher, Handbrause schmutzig, Heizkörper rostig, Handtücher teils alt und kaputt), Sauberkeit Küche(teils schmutzige Gläser/Backblech, Topfdeckel fehlen teilweise, Utensilien teils nur 3x vorhanden, obwohl Wohnung für 6 Personen) Nicht im Vertrag, aber trotzdem schade, leider kein Toaster

Großer Aufenthaltsraum mit genügend guten Sitzgelegenheiten als Sammlungspunkt. Kusche und Essraum sehr gut in den Gesamtraum integriert. Betten gut ausgestattet in 3 separaten Raeumen. Getrennte Toilette und Baderaum. Bei großer Hitze moeglicherweise sehr warm. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem kurze Wege zu Wirtschaften.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, gut ausgestattet zu einem höheren Qualitätsniveau. Alles was man braucht für einen kurzen (oder längeren) Aufenthalt. Etwas schade, dass der Blick von der Terrasse durch eine etwas hässliche Fabrik gestört wurde aber sonst ist es sehr ruhig.
