Great mountain community neighborhood and newly renovated home. Great spaces for sleeping and comfortable beds. Great room and large deck provided wonderful space for family gathering. Large kitchen for meal prep and serving food. Exciting to see a group of feral horses and their young move through the neighborhood grazing on vegetation!

We couldn’t have been happier at this lovely home. The neighborhood is the best in Pinetop. We cooked every night and had everything we needed. The fenced in yard is a must with dogs. Ashley was the easiest host to communicate with for any needs. She went above and beyond! The home was newly renovated and had plenty of space for our family and children. We hope to come back year after year. Thanks so much!!

Golf Trip

This beautiful house is amazing and perfect for a golf trip! Beds are very comfortable, and the hot tub was a nice way to end the day. Communication with Ashley was very good, and access was a breeze. We had no issues whatsoever and look forward to another stay in the future!

Two weeks in the pines

We had a wonderful family vacation in Pinetop. The house was perfect with two master suites and lots of room for our grandkids to play. The house was clean and well equipped. In addition, the manager was attentive and made sure everything went smoothly. We highly recommend this lovely cabin!

The Home was better than we expected, recently remodeled bathrooms were a plus. The combination of the split floor plan plus the multiple outdoor spaces made for a great family vacation.

A Perfect Stay!

My friends, teenagers and I had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The area is beautiful and quiet, and within walking distance from trails. The cabin is magnificent, very well decorated, and clean. We loved it and hope to come back soon!

Amazing Home w/ Nice Touches

Thanksgiving at the Cabin

We enjoyed Ashley’s beautiful cabin over Thanksgiving! It was spacious yet cozy. The dogs loved the fenced-in yard. There was so much space for them to safely explore. The cabin was close to a couple of hiking trails, and I saw wild horses on one of my hikes. The family enjoyed all the amenities, including the huge tv in the living room, the front porch swings, the hot tub, the fire pit, and even the fresh popcorn! We would love to stay again!

Beautiful cabin in the pines

My husband and I came for the weekend with our 2 dogs and had the best time! The cabin is beautiful, with comfortable furnishings and newly remodeled bathrooms. Would absolutely stay here again.

We did a little getaway to escape the heat. It was such a charming place to stay! My girls just adored it. We will definitely be returning in the future. Beds are cozy, great location, felt private in the backyard just all around thumbs up!

Family Ski Trip in the Pines!

Well setup for a vacation rental with the loft and 3 private bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable with high quality linens and pillows. Kitchen had all the essentials and was clean. Living room was perfect for hanging out with the comfy couch and large tv with streaming wifi. In the backyard, the hot tub was hot and clean so it was great after skiing all day! The neighborhood had a spacious feel and felt very private.

We really enjoyed this property! Had everything you need including cookware, games, fireplace, fire pit, and hot tub!! Kids has a blast as well. Beautiful scenery.
