The Poseidone apartment, located on the second floor accessible by lift, is a carefully furnished two-room apartment. To welcome you a large and bright living room with kitchen complete with accessories, dishes, crockery, fridge with freezer compartment, oven and gas hob, 32 \"\" TV and sofa bed. The living room leads to the terrace, with breathtaking views of the pine forest and the sea, finely furnished to enjoy the time outdoors. The sleeping area has 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. It is also possible to access the swimming pool with free admission and for the exclusive use of guests. Just 100 meters from the Residence, passing through the historic pine forest that runs along the coast, you will arrive at the golden sandy beach, and just 5 minutes\' walk will take you to Torre Cerrano, an ancient port which is now the seat of the Marine Protected Area of the same name \" \"Torre del Cerrano\" \". The apartment is air conditioned. On request, for a fee, internal parking is available.
