The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances, pots & pans, dishes, glassware and cutlery. There are 2 coffee making options, Keurig and regular brewing machine.
The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, TV with Roku & Spectrum options. Island eating area and plenty of seating. There are 2 balconies, one furnished with a bar height dining table and 4 chairs. Cleaning, Trash and parking are included. A coin operated laundry facility is right next door.
This location is within walking distance to the Pinehurst Resort, The Cradle and a 10 minute drive to the Village of Pinehurst.
