Pinehurst Golf Outing

This house was perfect for our group of four golfers. The location was ideal for golfing in the Pinehurst and Southern Pines area. We each had our own bedroom and two had their own bathroom. The house was very clean and well stocked with supplies (towels, soap, TP, dishes, glasses, etc.). The check-in and check-out process was super easy. We had absolutely Zero issues. I recommend both the company, Evolve, and this house in particular.

Perfect Spot

We had an awesome weekend celebrating my husbands 50th with our 5 children! So special - the house is beautiful, set in a lovely neighborhood with every household item you could need! We were the perfect distance to shopping in Pinehurst, playing golf, strolling through the farmers market in Southern Pines. Thank you!

Family golf vacation after years of planning always fell short. House is perfectly located. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Vary comfy and great back patio. Well equipped home would recommend to anyone staying in the Pinehurst area.

This house was just as described. Very nice neighborhood. Plenty of towels and kitchen was well equipped. 3 beds and two baths downstairs and a large bedroom with bath upstairs. Kitchen table seats 4 with a bar that can seat 4 more. Long driveway handles 3 cars. Short drive to the Village of Pinehurst and Southern Pines. Two outlets in the hall bath did not work. All bathrooms were updated and very clean. One patio was very comfortable. Could use more seating. The side patio is really not one that would be used to relax. More of a slab to get to the back door. The local rep was great to work with always Wilton answer my questions. The only downside was having to pay VRBO fees on top of Evole fees. Overall, this house is great and I recommend to anyone

Thanksgiving Getaway

The house was very clean, lovely and stocked with all essentials. The issues of concern are that it was advertised that there was a working fireplace by just turning on a switch. Unfortunately, the fireplace did not work and we were not informed of such prior to our stay. We were looking forward to sitting around the fire place and playing games, especially since the temperatures were cold at night. Also, the thermostats in the house auto-regulate to lower temperatures after two hours. We were were unable to obtain comfortable temperatures throughout the house. The main living area was always cold and bedrooms were hot. I think the fireplace would have helped the main living area maintain a comfortable heat. Also, the upstairs auto regulated to 63. Our temperatures at night were 38-42. Other than those issues, would recommend this home, and probably not an issue during the summer.

A great place and convenient location for 4 golfers enjoying Pinehurst for the week. The house was very clean and comfortable. Only experienced a minor Wi-Fi connectivity problem which was resolved by restarting the modem. The house Management company and owner were very responsive to communications.
