This home is equipped with every amenity and convenience where you and your guests can enjoy a cocktail, host a dinner, or a nibble on a charcuterie board featuring local cheeses, bread-dipping oils and balsamic vinegars on our huge deck. Sink into our extra large sectional perfect for naps or watching the Masters comfortably. With over 40 golf courses in a 15-mile radius of the Village, including home of the 124th US Open 2024, Pinehurst No.2, the opportunities for golf are almost endless.

Stroll about 2 miles to the Pinehurst Resort & Country Club, visit the historic downtown village shops, and indulge in fabulous restaurants and pubs. Nearby you can discover Pickleball courts at Memorial Park, (8 racquets & balls included for use), disc golf, 12 miles of scenic biking and hiking trails at Reservoir Park with a 95 acre lake for boating and fishing, or check out the 111-acre Pinehurst Harness Track.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house met our needs. I'd give it 4/5 stars. We had four guys down to play golf. The house has some good features we didn't use much, like an expansive front deck. What we liked was its location and the ample size of the bedrooms. I also particularly liked my bed. The major negative for us was the non-very-powerful WIFI signal. You could do basic stuff on laptop but streaming was affected. That affected the TV as well. There could be more trash cans in the house. The kitchen was adequate but is somewhat dated. The house has a prominent circular staircase to get upstairs. While architects once were enamored of them, I think they should be outlawed. They make it difficult to take suitcases up and down, and are generally unsafe.
