Your Pine City lake getaway begins at Loon’s Landing, a thoughtfully designed 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom rustic-chic retreat with more than 3,000 square feet of comfortable living space and private waterfront on Cross Lake.



Inside, warm rustic touches blend with elevated finishes and modern comforts. The open-concept main level brings the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living space together, with beautiful views overlooking the newly finished deck and lake. With three distinct gathering areas, there's plenty of room to cook, dine, relax, play games, or simply enjoy time together.



Downstairs, the Lakeside Lounge takes lake-house fun to the next level with a private bar, second full-size refrigerator, foosball table, pub table, comfortable sectional, full-size sleeper sofa, and 75" Smart TV. The main-level gathering room offers a cozy fireplace, books, puzzles, games, and a 55" Smart TV for quieter evenings.



Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed for a restful night's sleep, featuring premium Spring Air mattresses, crisp percale cotton linens, Sealy down-alternative pillows, generous closet space, and theater-grade blackout shades. The lakeview primary suite features a king bed, private en suite with a separate soaker tub and oversized walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet.



Outside, the lake is the star. The newly finished deck offers dining for eight, a full-size Blackstone grill, and Adirondack seating overlooking the water and firepit. Step down to the private dock and shoreline to enjoy swimming, fishing, boating, or simply taking in the view.
