All rooms have been newly renovated in 2021 and are equipped with all comforts such as: WI-FI, Air Conditioning, Smart-TV, kitchen with ding table, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, Coffee maschine, toaster, vacuum cleaner, Iron and iron board

The detached villa consists of three apartments and is surrounded by a large garden and a Playground with a slide, swings, sand as well as toys and games for. A BBQ with tables and chairs with stunng view at the Vesuvio and the Golfo di Napoli. Two pools with sun beds and a amazing view of the Golfo di Napoli. Parking is free and private right at the property.

Absolutely Fantastic!!!

We had an amazing time here. Roberto was a fantastic host, explained everything clearly and was a great help with any information we required. The apartment Napoli was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The coffee was amazing!!!!The pool was great for us all and having the lounger chairs beside it was great for those who preferred to sunbathe rather than swim.The bread service on our last day was fabulous. This apartment is a great central location to a lot of sights (though a car is definitely required to get about) but the best feature is definitely the view.

It was home!

Our group arrived late in the evening and Roberto greeted us immediately! We were ushered to our room and got a brief tour including how to use the appliances in the kitchen so we could start the following day in leisure, after our long journey. We even enjoyed a local breakfast treat provided by Roberto!There was plenty of parking, it was easy to come and go at any hour, the rooms were very comfortable and well maintained and clean...overall a great experience. There were other guests staying at Robertos though one would not know unless we ran into them on the property as each family had adaquate privacy.Roberto was always prompt to respond to questions about the room, the local town, and Italy. For example, when were were curious about a restaurant, we could text with him about his recommendation and he would even make reservations for us!Since we were tourists, it brought peace of mind knowing we had someone we could contact via text/phone if we needed help. We would definently stay here again without hesitation as well as recommend it to others! Well done Roberto!

Awesome getaway to the Amalfi Coast, I strongly recommend to everybody

This property is well located in the Lazzari mountains. Within 40m drive you can reach either Sorrento, Amalfi or Napoli, therefore I would recommend for anyone want to visit this beautiful part of Italy and taste flavoursome food an experience a nice and vibrant holiday. After a big day spend at the Amalfi Coast we could chill at home with a breathtaking view of Vesuvio. Roberto the owner was very charm and welcoming, giving us accurate suggestions, introducing great places for eating out. Please do not hesitate to choose this place

Perfect Pimonte

Our family was looking for a property that gave us secure and easy parking for our hire car and central position to visit both Pompeii / Vesuvius and Amalfi Coast centres. By choosing this property we easily did everything and more. Owner Roberto was welcoming and a pleasure to deal with he spent time to provide us with excellent local advice on how to best fit in everything we wanted to do. Lovely stay

We had a lovely few days here! Roberto was there to meet and greet us when we arrived even though it was 9:30pm! He showed us around and gave us some useful information and tips about the area and places to visit! He was so kind and polite! The appartment was clean and so much bigger than we had thought! And the views out of every balcony were just amazing!! We sat outside and watched the sunset each night! Our little boy absolutely loved the pool! It was a perfect way to cool down from the hot sun!! Big rooms and balconies all around with good views

Roberto was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. We appreciated him spending a long time on our day of arrival going over all the possibilities with us. The length of time spent exceeded our expectations. As constructive feedback, we'd say it would have been helpful for forward planning to have had some of that information available in a written info pack before we arrived including a map of how to reach the apartment (our satnav wasn't quite accurate enough to find it without some help). There are great views of Vesuvius, which is within easy reach (you certainly need a car if staying here) and Amalfi is also close by. Roberto and his father live in the apartment downstairs and Roberto's father very kindly cooked us dinner one evening and gave us a bottle of locally produced wine on another. Our children enjoyed the swimming pool, which was just about warm enough to use by the afternoon when the sun had a chance to work on it. The apartment was clean and well equipped. It also had useful kitchen 'consumables' like coffee, salt, sugar, cooking oil, washing up liquid, foil etc. The beds are very squeaky and not especially comfortable. There are a lot of dogs in the vicinity that bark day and night. We were invited to help ourselves to the tomatoes in the garden and they were delicious with the locally produced cheese. It would have been nice to see the garden better kept (grass was long and weeds were quite high). Free off street parking is a good feature (a little tight for larger vehicles getting in and out but fine for our Renault Scenic hire car). Wifi was good (at times our kids were both streaming simultaneously from Netflix with no lag). Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and we feel the apartment was reasonably priced given it's size, condition and location. If you're looking for somewhere 'polished' then I would advise to consider alternatives but if you want something that is good sized and decent value for money then this place has all you'll need. We thank Roberto and his father for their hospitality.

Inadequate facilities

It is listed as a house and pictured as a house. In fact it is an apartment on the first floor. Just three bedrooms, a kitchen and a room with shower, a loo with no seat, and a basin with a broken plug. The basin was blocked for 4 days anyway despite Roberto having a go at it a day and a half after we asked. The kitchen tap and shower have to be run a full 5 minutes to get any hot water, and the basin tap nearer 10 minutes. It took Roberto 2 days to provide an adaptor so we could plug his Swiss iron into the Italian sockets. The cooking facilities are ok, but if there are more than 2 of you you'll need to share a wine tumbler. The sitting area is one small wooden sofa at the top of the open shared stairwell outside the apartment, moreover with no power points. Be sure to close the outside shutters in heavy rain, we had water flooding two rooms through the closed inner doors. The listing doesn't tell you that Roberto lives in an apartment on the ground floor, and his father lives in another apartment on the ground floor. The view over the bay of Naples is truly stunning, but doesn't really compensate for this being shockingly basic accommodation for the price.

The most amazing view in the world!

The apartment is situated on the top floor of the house and has balconies all around. The back of the house looks over neighbouring peach and plum trees on slopes which culminate at the sea in the Bay of Naples. During the daytime, the view highlights the neighbouring towns, the blue sea with Vesuvius dominating the background and at night-time it is a myriad of twinkling lights. We were treated to many firework displays during August. We had a surprise on arrival as the house had acquired a swimming pool. This was not in existence when we booked the property so it was a fantastic surprise for all of us. My youngest daughter liked nothing better than swimming up and down the pool whilst stopping to admire the view! She still says it was the best thing about her holiday in Italy. We found the house ideally situated for visiting Pompeii, Ercalano, taking the boat to Capri, Naples and the Amalfi coast. We did however find the Italian driving to be a touch on the scary side on the little windy mountain roads. Be prepared to be overtaken lots on bends! There is a great bakery very close by so it is very easy to get fresh bread for breakfast. There is also a fantastic pizza restaurant within easy walking distance and we found this one to be the best one during our three weeks in Italy. The owner is very friendly with lots of local knowledge and advice.

Amazing view!

The view is amazing and Roberto and family were the kindest hosts we had on our entire three week four city tour of Italy! It is a bit of a drive but well worth the escape from the crowds. We bought fresh bread Nextdoor each morning and shopped at the small market down the street each day.

Beautiful mountainside house overlooking water and Mt Vesuvius

We arrived and Roberto was there to meet us and help us get in the driveway (not easy for a van, but doable) and get our luggage to the house. The house is in a charming little village with vineyards and orchards and gardens on a hillside not far from the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii. We were immediately struck by the gorgeous views from the balcony - Vesuvius, the bay of Naples - it couldn't be more spectacular. We arrived on Easter Sunday and as nothing had been open, Roberto gave us some milk for the morning - very kind and helpful! The kitchen had coffee and spices and such, and the entire stay was very relaxing. Guests should be aware that you probably need a car to get to the place (although we never tried a taxi), that there is only one bathroom for all guests, that the top floor is what is available (Roberto lives on the bottom floor), and that there is not a microwave. However, none of that stopped us from really enjoying it - away from the hustle and bustle of Naples and the busy traffic of the Amalfi coast, but still a happening little town and close to lots of great hikes and things to see and do. I highly recommend this place - thanks Roberto!

Good Property - Great Host - Beautiful Views

We loved our stay of 3 days at this property. I have a few suggestions for the property - one main being the property is three bed room property but it does not have a living room. Kitchen does have space for 2/3 families to sit but no separate living room. Apart from that there are so many good points: 1. Price was reasonable. 2. All rooms are very very large and can accommodate families with children. 3. Roberto is very very approachable host and very pleasent. And he was always happy to help us out. On first day when we reached it was quite cold for some reason and when we approached, he gave us lot of extra blankets/duvets etc. Heating was on but b'coz it was a very large house it took some time to warm up. 4. The views are beautiful and priceless. Overall we loved our stay.

Wonderful property with a spectacular view!

Great location to reach Almafi Coast and also Pompeii, Mt. Vesuvius and so much more. We only had a short time in the area, but loved it! The view was spectacular day and night! This was a lovely house for us to spend a few days at. Ad the owners were very hospitable.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this house. It has gorgeous views of Mount Vesuvius and the coast line below. The house itself was very spacious and clean. We comfortably had 6 people stay on the top floor of the house. The kitchen was very nice for making our breakfasts and a couple delicious fresh pasta dinners with caprese salads. The house owners were very kind. They personally showed us a great restaurant to eat at and had home made espresso for us on the day of our departure. We did struggle with the barking dogs at night, but this was only a minor frustration when we were overall very happy with our stay. We had 2 vehicles with our group. One of these was a large van. There was adequate parking for both vehicles, but the smaller roads made the van a challenge to access the house and park it easily. It is, however, very easy for a smaller to mid-sized vehicle to access. Thank you very much to our hosts. We had a very enjoyable to time!

Unvergesslich schön, wahnsinnig netter, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, grandios mit Kindern, von Spielplatz über Fußball Platz und Trampolin bis zu zwei (!) Villa Sommer ist ein absoluter Wohlfühlort

Unser Gastgeber war herausragend. Wir fühlten uns jederzeit wohl. Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Bonus war die grandiose Aussicht auf Vesuv und Neapel. Die „touristenarme“ Umgebung war genau das, was wir wollten. Wir lernten so in Pimonte die süditalienische Lebensart kennen. Tolle Berge… wenn die Wanderwege wieder hergerichtet werden würden, dann ist es eine Marco Polo Top-Empfehlung wert.

Chouette séjour - Bel appartement - Belle région

Notre séjour d'une semaine s'est très bien passé. Le propriétaire est ultra serviable, très disponible et de bon conseil pour les visites. L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé et très agréable. La localisation est un peu en hauteur et décentrée mais la vue en vaut la peine. Seul bémol : les chiens du voisinage qui troublent le calme du quartier.

Tollster Urlaub überhaupt 🤗

Wir waren vom 03.09. - 17.09.2022 bei Roberto in der Villa Somma. Es war richtig familiär. Tolle Tips für Ausflüge und Essen. Ferienwohnung: TOP. Und der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Golf von Neapel und den Vesuv.Haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Vor allem unser Fahrer (Maurizio) der uns zu unseren Touren fuhr war super. Amalfi, Capri, Paestum und Pompeij besucht, wahnsinn. Wir hatten schon lange nicht mehr so viel Spaß. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen. Immer wieder gerne.

Authentisches Italien in super Lage

Roberto hat lang vor unserer Anreise bereits Kontakt zu uns aufgenommen, um Anreise(zeit) usw. zu klären. Da wir mit dem Flugzeug angereist sind, hat er sich um Mietwagen und den Flughafentransfer gekümmert. - Top. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist wie auf den Bildern. Jeden Tag aufs Neue ist die Aussicht auf den Vesuv und den Golf von Neapel einmalig schön. Piemonte ist ein super Ausgangsort, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Schönheiten am Golf von Neapel und der Amalfiküste zu erreichen, dafür weniger touristisch erschlossen und daher sehr authentisch. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Sollte doch was fehlen, kümmert sich Roberto sofort. Auch mit hilfreichen Tipps zu Ausflügen / Sehenswertem ist er stets zur Stelle. Es waren tolle 14 Tage! Danke Roberto!
