Great for a winter getaway, close to ample trails in Pillsbury state forest. The cabin is cozy and has everything you need and then some. There were kitchen things we brought but did not need because it was well appointed. More than ample space for two and a Lovely gift from host. The place is very clean. A nice place to stretch or yoga upstairs. Would love a curtain or two here and there but only for sleeping in purposes, there’s really no risk of folks seeing you. Sauna was lovely on a snowy evening.

We had a great time staying at the cabin in the woods. We came up for a relaxing weekend and really enjoyed the cozy and relaxing space. The fireplace and the sauna helped keep us warm during some of the coldest days of the year. Eric and Audrey were great hosts and were quick to respond with any questions we had and were great communicators. We look forward to planning a future trip staying here again.

Beautiful romantic little cabin in the woods. Driveway was cleared well of snow. Many kitchen utensils. Really like the little extras. The Sauna and real wood fireplace are great additions. Instructions for fireplace and Sauna were very clear so no question on how to use them properly. We will be back in the future.

I hesitate to share how great this place is because I fear it will never be available again! It is AWESOME. One of the cleanest vbro's I have ever stayed in. The little touches were classy and meaningful. The bed was amazing. I could bring my dog, which is important to me. The sauna worked great and the kids loved roasting smores and being able to run around. This cute little place really deserves 5 stars.

This cabin is so cute, nicely decorated, and had a lot of charm. We had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is well-stocked with more spices than we have at home! Nice touches were a complimentary bottle of wine, Pellegrino water in the fridge, coffee (both ground and beans), and candy on the counter. Very nice and comfortable furniture. Plenty of wood for a fire. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Holiday Getaway

This cabin exceeded our expectations! It was the perfect spot. The host had great communication, the property was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the layout was perfect for privacy from our two kids when needed. We 100% will be back. I was a bit nervous going into this because I am typically pretty frugal, and splurged to stay here, but this property was worth every penny.

Adorable little log cabin

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights while our kids were at sleep away camp nearby. We absolutely loved the cozy little cabin! The little touches like fresh coffee beans and a grinder, bottle of good red wine and fully stocked kitchen and spices made our stay extra special! Bonus that the cabin was pet friendly and our dog could join us! We enjoyed a campfire every night (they provide the wood) and the private location. We saw deer and hummingbirds on property and enjoyed reading and relaxing on the porch. We took advantage of local activities including a round of golf at Cragun’s and mountain biking at Cuyuna recreation area. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Restart

The property was a wonderful place to relax, renew and restart your mind and body. We needed an escape from reality after months of anxiety and stress over health, family and business matters. We felt we were far far away from our normal life. Would have enjoyed more places to eat close by so we didn't have to cook. I would definitely return but it was too much quietness for my husband. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to truly get away from it all.

The cabin was perfect! Beautifully set in the woods, but close enough to attractions and shopping if needed. It was neat and furnished with everything we needed, plus some sweet extra touches. We would definitely recommend and stay here again! The hosts were quick to respond to questions.

Granny’s Cabin!

This place reminded me so much of my grandmother’s cabin in Pequot Lakes! So homey! The kitchen was great and the bed was comfy.We woke to birds and took several walks up the road.The chocolate was the perfect touch.

Quiet getaway
