It was so beautiful! We we so happy staying there. It was right next to the dog park & had a light back yard. The cabin was in the back to me it had more privacy. It doesn't look like a cabin outside, but it does in the inside. It is very modern. The wifi & smart TV's are great. I like howost the rooms had King size beds & each bedroom had a bathroom. It was very roomy & clean. I really can't wait to go back & stay at this cabin again. It is really close to Dollywood & out of the way of heavy traffic. I would recommend staying at this cabin.

This is a very clean, well-kept, convenient, and extremely roomy home. And to find a home with these characteristics at such an affordable price, helps everyone these days. We had such an enjoyable family weekend.

Nice cabin not so great communication

We got to the cabin much after check in time, but did not get information for how to access the cabin. It took an hour and a half, 3 messages and 3 phone calls to get a response from the host. Unfortunately, we had freezing temperatures that the area is not used to. This, and an exposed water line, caused the pipes to freeze overnight. It took 2 hours, 2 messages and a phone call before the host said she would contact the HOA. By that time we did not have water to flush our toilets either. It took another 2½ hours, without communication, becore someone showed up to unfreeze the pipes. Beyond that, the bedroom door on the first floor doesn't latch and has a loose door knob, and the showerhead in one of the bathrooms points to the wall and doesn't stay pointed out to shower well. You pretty much are showering at the wall. If you look past those little things then it was a nice place. After our issues were resolved we enjoyed our stay.

Excelente estadia Fin de Año!!!

Hermosa la cabaña muy acojedora fuimos en Familia a pasar el Fin de año y este alojamiento estuvo espectacular teniamos todo lo que necesitabamos estabamos super cerca del centro y de supermercados y tiendas. Habia espacio para todos en la cabaña andabamos 7 adultos y 3 niños. Todo limpio y todo funcionaba muy bien.. la anfitriona le escribi en un oar de veces y respondio mis inquietudes muy atenta. Definitivamente volveriamos a este lugar!!!

Nice and cozy

The home was nice and cozy. We enjoyed our stay, but there was a few minor to small issues. The home needs to be cleaned and maintained more. I understand it’s pet friendly but the pet hair was everywhere all in the beds and floor. The showers were not cleaned with hair all on the walls as well. The hot tub needs cleaning it smells moldy and had brown residue around the inside.. there are not enough cookware to feed 10 people but I made it work. The toilet seats are very loose and broken in two of the bathrooms. The doorknobs are very loose my husband tried screwing them back down but that didn’t work especially for the back door. One of the upstairs shower tiles are coming apart along the whole sidewalls. And the shower pressure in two of the upstairs bathroom has very little water pressure to even take a shower, had to use the other bathroom shower. Last but not least the, no remote control in one of the upstairs main rooms. I reached out to the host about most of these problems once arrived and the next day. No one came out to do anything. Overall the house was nice and cozy just needs MUCH MORE LOVE.From maintenance and cleaning crew. Host does take awhile to a day late to respond.
