Want to be close to it all, but still feel secluded with gorgeous views? Then Golf Vista is for you! This spacious condo is situated in the heart of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. It is right across from the Gatlinburg Golf Course, where you'll enjoy the quiet, serene views of the course with the Great Smoky Mountains in the Background. Look to the other side for views of downtown Pigeon Forge. This condo is close to Dollywood where you can see the Fireworks during the summer.

Golf Vista is located a half mile from the parkway. You can walk to shops and restaurants, or catch the trolley across the street and ride through Pigeon Forge or even go into Gatlinburg. There's plenty to do from fine dining or unique casual dining to playing miniature golf, riding go carts, or shopping to hiking nature trails.

This luxurious condo is located on the 2nd floor on the city side with elevator access. This condo has high speed wifi for your internet needs.

Our condo features a queen master bedroom with access to balcony and private in-room Jacuzzi. Private master bath includes large walk in shower and double sinks. Master bedroom is equipped with flat screen cable TV.

Second bedroom also features a queen bed and is tastefully decorated with a golf theme. It is also equipped with a flat screen cable TV.

Living room features a sofa sleeper with new memory foam mattress on a comfortable leather couch, a matching leather loveseat and recliner. You will also find a large flat screen cable TV with DVD player, and Gas fireplace for those cool winter nights.

The Dining room is in a gorgeous round alcove with lots of windows. Fully equipped kitchen features all the amenities of home and a rounded bar with additional seating. We also have k-cup coffee maker as well as a regular coffee maker.

Laundry room features large washer and dryer. All bedding, towels, and a starter supply of soap and paper products are included.

This is a non-smoking and no pets unit.

Primary Renter must be at least 18

One complimentary ticket for each of our program attractions are included for every day of your stay. Fantastic Location

We had a great time during our stay. The condo was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable, as was the living room furniture. We had everything we needed in the well-equipped kitchen. The most important thing to us was the location…it was perfect!!!! For those in the know, it’s near the end of the strip before you start going up to Gatlinburg.

Property was exactly as advertised. Convenient location close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Only thing we noticed was every top plug in space for each electrical outlet did not work, specifically in the guest bedroom. But there were plenty of other outlets available in the bedroom to allow us to plug in the cords needed for our dialysis machine. Overall very clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Condo was dated but clean and more than sufficient for the 3 nights that we were there. Place is quiet and we had plenty of room. There was a trolley stop nearby which made it convenient if you didn’t want to drive. Very convenient! The property outside could use some freshening up. Saw paint peeling in various places, on the stairs and outside of the building. Not sure if the building has a grounds keeper but there were dead beetles on the stairs and walkway. I’m sure they are drawn to the outside lights which can’t be helped but someone should try and clean this regularly. For instance, we were there 4 days and a penny was on the ground not far from our doorway. If someone was sweeping the walkway, the penny would’ve been gone but it was there the whole time.

Close to the action

This location is minutes from Dollywood and the strip. Also isn’t far from Gatlinburg. For a two bedroom, it is very spacious and clean. Dollywood was great, I’ve never met more friendly people, fun rides and yes, the cinnamon bread was great. It was a slow line for the bread but Miss Pat was so sweet to talk to, thus the slow line. This is a tourist town! If you don’t mind then you will have a great time. By the way. Stay away from Ole Red in Gatlinburg. Music was good but the food and service was bad. Charged our credit card 5 times for separate orders that wasn’t ours.

Wonderful trip!

We had a great experience. Our condo was first class, very comfortable, with beautiful views of the mountains and golf course. Kerri the owner of the property was very helpful with questions regarding area attractions which was very much appreciated. Would highly recommend this property as a great getaway in beautiful Pigeon Forge.
