Everything was perfect. The hotel is away from all the business of pigeon forge but so so good. The Atmosphere is amazing, everything is clean and great, very family oriented. Amenities are amazing and very well maintained. Breakfast buffet amazing and dinner is great too. Will stay there again.

I would like to say the breakfast staff was amazing the Manager shows great pride in what he does. The front staff was very welcoming. The bar staff could use a little customer service from the other areas. When someone comes up to get a drink maybe smile a little bit when you ask if they are staying in this hotel before allowing them to order. Other than that the hotel was very clean and customer service was great!

The only problem I had, was the strong air freshener they had. It wasn't a bad scent, just way to strong. You could smell it at least 15 feet from the door of the lobby. It was so strong in the restaurant I couldn't smell the bacon cooking. And they had timed sprayers in each of the elevators. Thank god, they didn't have them in the rooms. I have asthma, with triggers of strong scents. So every time i would have to run out of the lobby. I did find one side of the restaurant that wasn't drenched in the smell. The bed was was great. And so was the room. The view from the balcony was amazing.

This place was lovely. It is brand new so it's well equipped with all the latest lighting and style. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Free happy hour from 5:30-7.. that's a plus. The pool has a swim up bar and a good vibe. The roof top had amazing views. The room had a comfortable bed and great accommodations. My only regret was the bath wash and hair shampoo was scent free... I love to associate a smell with a hotel and this one fell short with that scent less Stuff. Sorry.. but that is 100 percent fixable. I love this hotel and will go back.
