Dancing Star

We needed a location close to the LeConte Center for National Dance Competition. It was an easy drive going back way. Little congestion at times but that's Pigeon Forge. Condo well equipped and great view off a large balcony. Had several communications with owner and she couldn't have been nicer. The pool was small but plenty of room. Close to attractions both walking and driving. Hope to return next year.

Wonderful summer mountain getaway!!

Family trip to Dollywood, children enjoyed the pool on site as much as the rides and shows in the park. Wonderful facility to make home like comfort.

Quick Pigeon Forge Trip

We stayed here as a little girls trip for the ladies in our family. It was the perfect location, easy to get in and out of, and the condo was clean and so nice. We couldn’t have been happier!

The condo was very clean and updated. Exactly as appears in pictures. Beds were very comfortable. Close to parkway, but quiet. Didn’t hear traffic. Love all the geese and ducks by the River.

Birthday Trip

The best place to stay in Pigeon Forge! Awesome location, extremely clean, amazing balcony, and has everything you need in the condo. This was our second time staying here and it definitely won’t be our last! The host is super nice and easy to work with as well! If you are looking to bring your family to Pigeon Forge this I the place to stay. I normally don’t leave reviews because I am extremely picky.

This condo was perfect for our needs and loved the price. 3 king (super soft and comfortable) beds, 3 baths, awesome porch and furniture overlooking water, and plenty of tv streaming options. We had a great stay and would love to stay again. In laws loved it too!

Christmas getaway

Our family needed a little getaway and this was perfect. The condo was decorated for Christmas making it so cozy. We each had our own room with all the amenities we needed. Beds were comfy but squeaky lol. Fireplace was so nice after being in the cold all day. The sound of the river was very relaxing and my husband loved seeing the ducks and geese on it every morning. The condo was in a great location, close to everything. We loved it!

Annual Family Christmas Trip

The condo was amazing! Super clean…which is very hard to find. It was decorated for Christmas which was an added bonus. I give this condo 100 stars…and I am very picky and hard to please. Definitely will stay there from this point on for our Christmas trip!!!

Very clean. Beautiful condo! Owners were very easy to communicate with. Pictures are true to what is there. My only complaint would be we could smell cigarette smoke from the bottom floor up to our 4th floor balcony but it was tolerable. I would definitely rent here again

Perfect!

This property is decorated beautifully and themed perfect for the area. It had all of the amenities just as described. If you are looking for a place on the river and in close proximity to Dollywood and Dolly Stampede, this is it!

Absolutely wonderful!

This was my first time staying in a condo on vacation. It’s always been upscale hotels or resort hotels. My cousin insisted we checkout some properties, since we had six family members on this vacation trip. I read all the reviews (which were all positive), and made the decision to book it. So happy we did. It was so beautiful and the decor was designer perfect! When we entered, we all said “WOW”! The accommodations were more than we expected. The location is unbelievable to the attractions at Dollywood and the Splash Park. Everything you need is within walking distance or a two minute car ride. The beds were super comfy, and felt like you were at home. The little touches such as throws were so nice, as our grandkids, were chilled at times. There were puzzles and games available as well. Besides being super modern and beautiful, IT WAS ULTRA CLEAN! I’m a little OCD, and worried about, the cleanliness, but as soon as we entered and did our tour, my mind was put to rest. We all enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return to this property. We’ve already started referring this condo to our friends and family!
