The cabin was very cute. Thankfully we were only there for 2 nights because we found bed bugs in the upstairs bedroom on the 2nd night along with some trash when we stripped the bed. I will say the company was super responsive when called had it inspected immediately and provessed a refund. I appreciate the quick action and how professional they were about the whole thing. We would certainly consider the company in the future when we stay in the Gatlinburg area.

Adorable cabin that was clean and homey. Plenty of room for our trip to the Ripken Baseball tournament. Had a fuse blow while doing laundry and one quick call told us how to fix it. Had a bullfrog serenade us each evening.
