The cabin was very cute. Thankfully we were only there for 2 nights because we found bed bugs in the upstairs bedroom on the 2nd night along with some trash when we stripped the bed. I will say the company was super responsive when called had it inspected immediately and provessed a refund. I appreciate the quick action and how professional they were about the whole thing. We would certainly consider the company in the future when we stay in the Gatlinburg area.
