Logement très bien situé, pratique, rien ne manque et globalement en très bon état. La terrasse est très agréable. A cette saison, le quartier (sur les hauteurs de Porticcio - Paesolu) est très calme.

La maison est idéalement située dans une résidence au calme avec une vue incroyable sur le golf d’Ajaccio. Conforme à la description, bien entretenue et équipée avec tout le nécessaire. A 5 mn en voiture de la plage, randos et de toutes les commodités.

La location est très bien, il ne manque rien. Par contre, l’accès à la maison est un peu difficile pour des personnes âgées (une rampe serait très utile au moins dans la première partie)

Petite villa pleine de charme et sa vue imprenable
Agréable séjour dans cette belle maison sur les hauteurs de Porticcio qui correspond parfaitement à sa description avec tout le confort nécessaire et un très bon accueil. Le calme et surtout la vue imprenable sur la mer et le golf d'Ajaccio en font un petit coin de paradis. Ne pas hésiter à y séjourner!
