Bon séjjour dans ce logement plutôt bien équipé. Juste à noter la terrasse proche de la route mais pas bruyant. Vue côté mer et Sunset !!!Tres bonne communication avec la conciergerie pour la transmission des clefs

Bel appartement mais environnement bruyant

L'appartement est propre et situé près de toutes les commodités . Certes très accueillante, la terrasse n'est pas utilisable en période estivale : la route departementale est à 5 m du balcon : impossible de trouver du calme ! Les nuits dans le canape lit sont tout aussi bruyantes malgré la fenêtre fermée. Pour finir, l'immeuble est toujours en partie en travaux, les parkings sont poussiéreux et les places limitées.
