The Miriam residence, partly renovated in 2018, is located in the eastern part of the town of Pietra Ligure and consists of 2 buildings located in the same large garden. The flats are of various types and sizes, renovated, equipped with a kitchenette with induction hob, located in two buildings served by a lift, modernly furnished and with all comforts. The agreed bathing establishment is within walking distance.

A studio apartment designed for two occupants, covering an area of approximately 16/20 square meters. It features a living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette. The apartment is furnished with various amenities, including air conditioning, a direct telephone line, digital TV, a safe, a fridge with a freezer, an induction cooker, Wi-Fi, an oven, a hairdryer, and modern furniture. Additionally, there is a balcony or a French balcony (50 cm) for added comfort.

• Arrivals until 9pm are possible on request, paying a difference of €35.00 on site.

• Outdoor swimming pool with fresh water open from May to September (weather permitting), measuring 19 mx 5 m with hydromassage area.
• Bicycle rental in the residence, with payment on site of €2.00 per hour, €6.00 for a half day, €10.00 for a full day.
• The two-room apartments for 4 people Superior Plus and the three-room apartment for 8 people Superior Plus have 2 televisions.

• Pets allowed only in the Superior apartments, maximum one per apartment, with a supplement to be paid on site of €49.00 per week.
