In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, single garage. Shop 350 m, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 300 m. Golf course (36 hole) 5 km, gondola lift 5 km, cross country ski track 800 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Maiskogel-Kitzsteinhorn 5 km, Schmittenhöhe 7 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Zeller See 9 km.
