An ideal place to stay summer and winter guests where, thanks to the incredibly spacious terrace surrounding the apartment, you will always enjoy the sun and the view. In the open kitchen overlooking the terrace, you cook insane meals for evenings to remember. A unique holiday in summer and winter!
The ski bus stops just 400 m away on foot. Kaprun's glacier is open almost all year round. In summer, you will find water sports opportunities such as rafting or whitewater canoeing in the immediate vicinity.

Top Lage, Sauberkeit naja

Die Lage des Objektes war super und der Ausblick unschlagbar. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, die Küchenausstattung hätte besser sein können und es gab einige Dinge, die kaputt waren (Türrahmen, Waschkommoden).

Schöne Wohnung, schlechte Betreuung vor Ort

Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut geschnitten, sinnvoll aufgeteilt, viel Platz. An die Stufe zwischen Wohn- und Essbereich kann man sich gewöhnen. Sehr schöne Aussicht vom Frühstückstisch und von der Terrasse. Die ist zum Glück recht groß, denn der vordere Teil wird im Sommer sehr durch den Gestank der Müllbehälter der gesamten Anlage beeinträchtigt. Deren Lage direkt neben dem Eingang zur Wohnung ergibt sich nicht aus der Beschreibung und behindert etwas die Nutzung des recht engen Parkplatzes. Leider macht der Service vor Ort den gesamten Eindruck zunichte. Die Gästekarte war falsch ausgefüllt und musste mit der Ortsverwaltung für die Nutzung von Bus und Bahn erst korrigiert werden. Der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer funktionierte nicht, wurde trotz zweimaliger Aufforderung innerhalb von 10 Tagen nicht in Ordnung gebracht. Der Backofen war schon länger defekt, wie sich aus einer vorherigen Rezension und einer versteckten Beschriftung ergibt, wurde aber bestritten. Würde der Trockner regelmäßig gereinigt, würde er sicher auch richtig trocknen. Rauchmelder gehören an die Decke und nicht in die hinterste Ecke einer Kommode. Der zu viel berechnete Gästebeitrag wurde erst auf Aufforderung nach dem Aufenthalt erstattet. Schade um die schöne Wohnung und das Geld, das die Eigentümer an das "Service" - Unternehmen vor Ort zahlen.

In die Jahre gekommene Ferienwohnung....

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war gemischt. Die Lage und der Blick war gut. Was nicht gut war: Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche war an einigen Stellen aufgequollen, im Spülschrank war vieles mit weißem Klebeband überdeckt, das auch aufgequollen war. Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig: Überall waren Spinnweben, die Lüftungsschlitze waren verdreckt, der Fön war verschmutzt. Des Weiteren waren die Matratzen der Betten durchgelegen, der Toilettendeckel war gerissen, die Dusche war schimmelig, bei den Fliesen an der Badewanne waren die Fugen schimmelig, eine Fußbodenfliese war eingerissen, der Badschrank rostig, da das Chrom ab war. Weiterhin waren etliche Glühlampen defekt. Die Terrasse war nur eingeschränkt nutzbar, da der Müll davor steht und deutlich stinkt. Schiebetüren schlossen nicht korrekt. Die nicht zu benutzenden Bette im dritten Zimmer waren mit dreckigen Laken bestückt. Das TV-Gerät im Wohnzimmer war defekt, lediglich Ton bzw. Radio war zu hören. Man sieht, das Objekt ist abgewohnt und dem Vermieter durch Vorkasse scheinbar egal. Der Preis dafür ist nicht gerechtfertigt, die in der Anzeige eingestellten Bilder sind offensichtlich schon etliche Jahre her.
