Complete complex. Ideal for gatherings with friends, family celebrations, birthdays, baptisms, weddings, etc.
We have a private pool for Matalasviñas, 4 barbecues, large terraces, and a 1,000 m² garden, in the best area of Piedralaves, Matalasviñas.
Beautiful views of the valley and the mountains. Fully equipped. The homes have heating, and some also have a fireplace. Bed linen and towels are included.
Two chalets each with: 5 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, two porches, a barbecue, and a garden.
Important Information
The garden, apart from enjoying its tranquility and views of the valley or the mountains, has several lawns and trees, 4 large built in barbecues at your disposal, one for each home, and a large pool (50 m²) for the exclusive use of our guests from weather permitting until the end of September.
We do not accept bachelor/ette parties.
Area
We are close to the Nuño Cojo Gorge and the Nieta Pond. It is a very quiet area where you can breathe peace and quiet, yet we are a short 5 minute walk from the town center.
Piedralaves is a town with traditional architecture, featuring stone buildings with wooden balconies and more stately buildings with carved stone balconies and large overhangs. The cobbled streets, fountains, and the Venero neighborhood immerse us in a medieval atmosphere, a fruit of its history. It is one of the pioneering tourism towns in the Valley.
Located in the heart of the Tiétar Valley, Piedralaves is a very interesting town, offering beautiful nature, natural pools, local charm, incredible popular festivals, folk architecture, street bands, and outdoor activities such as horseback riding, hunting, fishing, hiking, and more.
It is also worth highlighting its wide and varied range of hospitality options (traditional taverns, bars, terraces/picnic areas, restaurants) that meet the needs of visitors.
It is located on the outskirts of the town, but it is not in an isolated area.
The pool is kept clean year round. If the weather is nice, you can count on it.
We ask that you respect rest hours and the most basic rules of living together. ;·) No damage has been caused to the property, except for that caused by normal use. The property has a maximum capacity; occupancy and overnight stays in the property by more than the agreed number of people will result in immediate eviction. Dishes must also be clean and placed, and the refrigerator must be free of any food. The trash must be emptied. Parties are not allowed. No disturbances or noise to neighbors are allowed from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. No smoking inside the property. The temperature is self regulating. Heating. Guests do not have access to the thermostats. Attempting to access and/or tamper with them is a serious violation of our rules.

Transportation From Madrid, it's very easy: take the M 501, which later becomes the CL 501. This road will take you to the town without detours. There are also buses every day from Madrid's South Bus Station.
