No food allowed in the room and many signs keep telling you this and other rules. Hovering dominant host, feeling of being checked wherever we went. Staircase, no lift, parking very limited.

This is very confusing and disappointing. You booked a Queen En-suite with lovely sea views. Unfortunately our other rooms that cater for cooking and tea and coffee making facilities were not available.We only have 2 signs in the room one stating standard fire safety procedures and another about cooking facilities in our dining area. Your correct these particular rooms are too small to cook in, this is why we provide a kitchen and dining area.
