A lovely private sunny 1 bedroom getaway for 2 tucked into native bush at the end of a cul-de-sac. Perfectly located in a quiet street, a 4 minute walk to the Marina and a 10 minute walk into the centre of Picton where you will find a great selection of restaurants, activities and shops. This property is only available from December 22nd 2025 - January 25th 2026

The Space:
Spend some time this summer at the Gateway to the Marlborought Sounds! We call this the Tree House as the living area level is right up by the tree tops overlooking beautiful native bush.
Everything you need to for a perfect Marlborough Sounds getaway!
there is plenty of room for parking a vehicle, boat & trailer in the cul-de-sac at the end of our driveway.
Please look after our home. This is our forever home which we only rent out over the summer period while we spend time out in the Marlborough Sounds on our boat. We are always available if you require anyting during your stay.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house: Large lounge & living area, 1 Bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, office, large deck area out the back of the house and another deck off the lounge.

* In Picton you must go to SISU, it is a wine bar/restaurant with one of the largest selections of wines we've ever seen and all available by the glass. The food is sharing plates and is amazing. Added bonus is you have a view of the beautiful Marlborough Sounds and the Picton Harbour.
* For a casual bite, Breakfast & Lunch then we recommend Seabreeze Cafe, this is located nest to SISU with the waterfront views

Getting Around:
Short walk into central Picton, the Marina and walking & biking tracks

Other Things to Note:
There is a separate one bedroom apartment connected to the house. This is competely seperate, there is no access between the apartment and the house.
The garage is not available as we will be leaving our vehicle locked up there. However there is parking available to you in the driveway as well as on the street (pleases do not block the driveway as it is shared with our neighbour)
