I was there with my family. It‘s really a bit remote but that was known before. The landlords are very friendly and the communication worked very well. There were even homemade gifts… Nothing was missing and it was very relaxing.

Perfect for us

We just left from our wonderful vacation at Bojana‘s house. It is located on a hill where we enjoyed a great view on the balcony with our morning coffee. The kids loved the pool and garden for playing. As our kids can be very loud and we don’t want to shout at them all the time to be quiet, we intentionally picked this secluded area. Though for day trips you need to drive anyway, so it does not make a difference if you drive a little longer - it’s vacation :)For any question upfront or during the stay Bojana answered quickly. She also had some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do.To sum up: all of us highly recommend :))

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub! Das Haus ist genauso, wie auf den Bildern, bestens ausgestattet und mit sehr viel Platz drumherum ideal für alle Wünsche auch für die Teenager in der Familie (schöner, großer Pool, Fußball spielen, Billard, Dart, etc.). Die Ruhe und die Privatsphäre haben wir unheimlich genossen, genauso wie die wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Umgebung. Die Gastgeberin ist eine sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und authentische Person, die sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert hat! Wir danken Bojana und ihrer Familie für die wunderschöne Zeit in Istrien!

Ein ruhiger erholsamer Urlaub 2024 in Kroatien

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, unseren Urlaub in dieser herrlichen Ort bei Pican / Istrien zu verbringen, und es war einfach traumhaft! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und der gesamte Urlaub war toll. Alles in allem war es ein unvergesslicher Urlaub, bei dem es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Wir können dieses Haus jedem wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren zu fünft als Familie in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Es war supersauber, toll und modern eingerichtet, die Küche war mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht. Ein Highlight war natürlich der Pool, der Billardtisch und auch die sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Das Haus liegt sehr abgeschieden ohne direkte Nachbarn, sodass man wirklich Ruhe und Privatsphäre hat, was wir sehr genossen haben. Durch die Lage ist die Anfahrt teilweise etwas abenteuerlich, aber man gewöhnt sich dran und es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und waren immer erreichbar. Wir würden das Haus definitiv wieder mieten!

Schönes Ferienhaus zum entspannen!

Nach einem kurzen und sehr angenehmen Check-in mit den Gastgebern, konnte sofort unser Urlaub und die Erholung beginnen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber. In allen Räumen war es trotz hoher sommerlicher Außentemperaturen (>30Grad) gut klimatisiert und roch angenehm. Die Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und vom Platz her großzügig. Der Pool, die Terrasse und die dazugehörigen Außenanlagen waren gepflegt und wir als Familie hatten eine Menge Spaß (Billard, Dart, Badminton und viele weitere Spiele sind vorhanden -> ein echter Mehrwert). Wer den Trubel der Städte entrinnen möchte und Ruhe + Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Was anfangs als kleiner Nachteil erschien, die zentrale und abgeschiedene Lage in Istrien, stellte sich als Vorteil heraus. Denn egal ob wir in die Berge zum Wandern oder ans Meer wollten, immer waren wir innerhalb von 45 min vor Ort. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und der Pool wurde aller 4 Tage diskret gereinigt. Einfach ein schönes Ferienhaus zum entspannen!

Tolles Haus in ruhiger und naturnaher Umgebung

Das Haus inkl. Pool und der Außenanlage war sehr gepflegt und super sauber. Es gab dort wirklich alles, was man braucht. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet mit Mixer, Waage, Backformen, etc.. Selbst Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Spüli, Küchenrolle oder Topapier war in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Das haben wir so noch nie erlebt. Das Haus erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen. In der unteren Etage sind die drei Schlafräume mit zwei Doppelbetten und einmal zwei Einzelbetten. Außerdem ist hier das etwas größere Badezimmer mit Dusche (Duschkabine) und Bidet. Alles ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll möbliert. Über eine Treppe gelangt man in die obere Etage mit offener Küche, Wohn- / Esszimmer und einem kleineren Bad mit Dusche (mit Vorhang). Von der Küche aus kann man auch einen Balkon betreten, von dem aus man auf den Pool und die Fußballwiese schauen kann. So können die Kinder im Pool sein oder kicken und man hat sie dennoch im Blick. Sowohl unten als auch in der oberen Etage gibt es je eine fest installierte Klimaanlage, die sehr gut funktioniert. Ein weiteres mobiles Klimagerät stand bereit, um es ggf. in einem der Schlafräume zu nutzen. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war dies allerdings nicht nötig. Vor der oberen Eingangstür ist ebenfalls eine kleine Terrasse, auf der ein Billardtisch steht. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen kleinen Raum mit Waschmaschine, auch Waschmittel ist vorhanden. Sowohl ein Wäscheständer als auch eine Wäschespinne werden gestellt inkl. der nötigen Wäscheklammern.

Sehr schönes, modernes Haus. Sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Schöner Pool, Sonnenliegen und Sonnerschirm sind vorhanden. Sehr schöne und ruhige Gegend, liegt etwas abgelegen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit, sprechen Englisch, aber kein Deutsch. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und die Aufenthalt haben wir genossen!

Hat alles wunderbar geklappt tolles Haus und sehr nette Vermieter. Das Haus ist schön aufgebaut, ist sehr sauber und für dortige Verhältnisse Wertig. Die Lage der Villa ist ein wenig abgelegen sowohl von umliegenden Städten als auch vom Dorf selbst. Dadurch braucht man für alles ein Auto . Dafür hat man seine Ruhe und ist komplett alleine was ebenfalls Vorteile mitbringt, haben den Aufenthalt genossen!

Wunderschöner ruhiger Urlaub

Alles wurde wie auf den Bildern vorgefunden. Das Haus war mit allem super ausgestattet. Die Vermieter haben alles super im Griff. Es ist eine steile Anfahrt, dafür super Ausblick und ruhe vor allem anderen. Durch die zentrale Lage in Istrien ist es super für alle Ausfüge in jede Himmelsrichtung. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, den Teenies ist es auch nicht Langweilig geworden. Dieses Haus ist für jeden empfehlenswert. Es ist aber auf jedenfall ein Auto nötig. An alle die hinfahren, genießt es. Schöne Grüße an die Vermieterfamilie. Wir sehen uns auf jedenfall wieder.

Toller Urlaub

Das Haus sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bilder. Sehr ordentlich und es ist Top ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht (Müllbeutel, Spültaps, Grillkohle, Billiardtisch, usw.). Super ruhige Lage viel Platz für Kinder und Hund zum spielen. Liegt auf einem Berg man ist alleine. Die Anfahrt ist abenteuerlustig. In Pican gibt es einen Bäcker zum Strand nach Rabac braucht man 40 Minuten. Der Pool wird alle zwei Tage gereinigt und die komplette Anlage gepflegt. Die Besitzer Bojana und Damir sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns mit einheimischen Wein versorgt. Schöner erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Wilde Anfahrt ;-) traumhaftes Haus

Sehr schönes, einsames Ferienhaus mit wunderbarem Pool. Sehr sauber, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Liegt völlig allein neben einem alten Bauernhaus. Sonst keine Bebauung im Umkreis. Also ideal um auszuspannen oder die Kinder toben zu lassen. Sehr ländlich gelegen, bis zum nächsten Supermarkt oder Restaurant ist man immer eine Weile mit dem Auto unterwegs. Bei der Anfahrt zum Haus einfach Google vertrauen und nicht umkehren :-)

Such a relaxing time

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in Bojana’s house. Perfect to really cut from the stressful daily life and job; we appreciated the calm of this isolated house, with pool, several terraces, field to play football, etc. Our rhythm has been rotating 1 day at the house, 1 day hiking, 1 day at the coast. The pool was cleaned twice a week - the property and the bedding were clean and comfortable. I am very critical in my bookings, but this time the quality is there- 5 stars plus. The cherry on the cake is of course Bojana and family who take care of the house in respect of our privacy- warm welcome.

Ideales Haus für den Familienurlaub. Sehr schönes Haus, sauber, top ausgestattet, genügend Platz für die ganze Familie. Sehr schöner Pool, großer Garten, Fußballwiese,... Sehr abgelegen, also niemand auf den die Kinder Rücksicht nehmen müssen. Allerdings auch zwingend ein Auto nötig (5 min zum Bäcker, 15 min zum Supermarkt). Absolut empfehlenswert.

Perfekter Urlaub in einem besonderen Jahr

Nach etwas abenteuerlicher Anfahrt liegt dieses Haus einsam auf einem Hügel mit Blick auf Pican und das wunderschöne Tal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter haben uns herzlich empfangen und dafür gesorgt, dass es uns an Nichts fehlte. Der Pool war das Highlight bei diesen Temperaturen. Pazin ist ca.15 Minuten entfernt. Ans Meer nach Rabac und Labin benötigt man eine gute halbe Stunde. In den Dörfern ringsum kann man in guten Konobas und Pizzerien essen. Für uns war es (vor allem in diesem besonderen Urlaubsjahr ) die perfekte Wahl.
