Staff are very pleasant the neef to service room everyday

It is not what you see in the picture. No restaurant, You pay breakfast for only a terrible coffee, crakers and slice of bread, For what you pay, Please eat outside. Only a mile from the airport and they don't have a shuttle. You have to pay for a taxi and they charge you a lot. a rip-off. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

There was nothing unique about the property. However, upon leaving the hotel room, I found strands of long hair on the pillow.

The description of the hotel says that they have airport shuttle free; I ask for it for my morning flight I they don’t even help to arrange it, not even a pay one. I have to walk to the street with suitcase and everything and figure out how to get to the airport. This is the worst thing to happen.

Staff is so accomodating and welcoming. I left my mobile charger, they are willing to send it via courier, (Nice) I am thinking if I will just pick it up there because the cost of sending it over is more expensive than the item. No welcome bottled water to drink, Bathroom needs to be upgraded and cleaned, shower not working. No toiletries

The hotel staff is rude. No social skills neither costumer services. The hotel have not any facilities unless like a beverage dispenser .

Music was too loud and played to wee hours of the morning.

The accommodations were clean, the air conditioning was fine, there was a flat screen television, but the room was otherwise uncomfortable with very poor lighting and a hard uncomfortable chair

Positives: great staff. Hotel close to the airport. Airport shuttle provided but is charged. Strangely they don give keys to the room and it's mandated to deposit keys at the front desk when going out. Noise from the pub in the adjacent building can be heard in the rooms.

We’re sorry to hear that you weren’t happy with your stay and would like to take the opportunity to address your concerns. While there isn’t a restaurant in the hotel itself, there is one located on the property. They are open for lunch and dinner from Monday to Saturday. We also do provide a shuttle service, but as we are a small hotel, we require that the shuttle be requested in advance. If this was not adequately communicated to you, we do apologize and will try to make this clearer to guests in the future. Again, we regret that you didn’t enjoy your time with us but thank you for your feedback.
