Villa Lamaro is an elegant property which stands high above the sea on a stretch of coast between Sorrento and Amalfi coast, overlooking the “Li Galli” islets and the Gulf of Positano.
The property is located within easy reach to all of the main tourist destinations of the region, just 7 km from both Sorrento and Positano and 30 km from Castellammare. Furthermore, from the villa you can reach the sea through an unpaved path in about 20 minutes’ walk.
The interiors are very elegant with staircases of white marble and spacious halls; fine furnishings and antiques. The villa offers all kind of amenities such as: telephone, central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Sat TV and air conditioning in the bedrooms.
At the ground level you will find the living room with fireplace, dining room, fully­ equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, terrace and a marble staircase that leads to the first floor.
On the first Level there is 1 double bedroom with bathroom (with tub); 2 double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom accessed from the terrace with a third single bed and bathroom with shower.
On this level there is also a large terrace with swimming pool, sunbathing area and box shower. All the bedrooms have access to the terrace with sea view.

Rental Rules:
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival date.
A refundable deposit of 1000 Euros is required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure after inspection takes place in case of any damage.
Check-In time from 15:00, Check-Out time by 10:00 AM.
Pets not admitted.

Extra costs to be paid on site:
Daily cleaning (3 hours per day, excluding Sundays): € 270 per week
Final cleaning 30 € per person, per week
Swimming pool is open from from 13 May to 23 Sept. 2023.
Winter heatings included in the rate.
Electricity not included it will be charged entirely upon consumption
City tax: € 4,00 per day, per person (from 18 years onwards)
Personal chef: € 70 per hour, plus costs for food and beverage
It is possible to add two more beds at the cost of € 630 per bed, per week.

From 2025:
Weekly cleaning €300 (3 hours per day from Monday to Friday)
-Final cleaning €40 per person per week
-Electricity on consumption (about €200 x week)
