Overall the stay was nice. The parking situation was odd in that we had to find a place to park down the hill and there was no available valet. The pools all closed at 6pm which was unfortunate considering how beautiful the views were. It would have been nice to do some night swimming.

Overpiced, unwelcoming staff

Very disappointed overall. The rooms are fine but the rest of the hotel is pretty tired. Our biggest issue however was with the staff. At this price point I simply expect so much more. Our arrival and check in went so poorly that the manager sent a bottle of champagne to our room to apologize. The food was average at best.

Potenzial wäre vorhanden, aber...

Dieses Hotel hätte eigentlich ein unglaubliches Potenzial. Es drängen sich ja Hundertausende Touristen jedes Jahr an die Amalfi Küste. In diesem Ressort hätte man Platz für alles. Wir verstehen nicht, warum es so runtergekommen ist. Die Einfahrt erinnert eher an einen Zugang in eine Landwirtschaftszone. Der Asphalt ist defekt. Die äussere Merkmale ziehen sich weiter auch ins Innere. Stühle die zwar noch funktionieren, aber das Geflecht defekt ist. Türe, die klemmen. Fugen, die schlimm ausgeführt sind. Grosse Terassen Richtung Osten auf denen nichts ausser ein mini Tisch und 2 Stühle stehen. Das Badezimmer eigentlich alles in "italienischer" Qualität. In der Schweiz würde man den Sanitärmeister den Fachausweis entziehen. Dazu kommt noch das die Gänge mit Laminat schwimmend verlegt sind. Man kann sich vorstellen, wie hellhörige der Gang ist, die Wände dämmen auch nicht viel. Wir sind um 6:30 raus und haben die Putzfrau gebeten, nicht so ein Lärm zu machen. Das gute war die grosse Auswahl beim Frühstück, wenn auch nicht top Qualität. Dafür gab es frisch gepressenten O-Saft. Das war toll!! Alles in einem - Potenzial der lieblos und ohne Geschäftssinn einfach nicht genutzt wird, weil in Italien gilt = nooo, wir machen es como sempre! Das fängt schon bei der Rezeption an und endet da auch wieder. Man hat uns nicht mal gefragt, ob alles ok war, kein arrivederci. Ein "Grazie" für Zahlung, dann... kannst jetzt gehen....

Vuxendagis! Ett all-inclusive hotell som känns som en strandad Silja Line. Om man har bil så är det dock nära både till Sorrento och Positano, till Sorrento finns shuttlebus som är gratis via hotellet.

Incrível... Excelente hotel, quarto super confortável, banheiro limpo, ducha grande, quente e com muita pressão. Boa localização. O melhor café da manhã de todos, com muitas opções, e tudo com muito sabor. Ambiente agradavel, com um belo jardim, piscina, banheira de hidromassagem, spa, sala de leitura. Funcionarios educados e extremamente prestativos. Vale a pena establecer esse hotel como base para conhecer a costa amalfi e depois voltar para relaxar... Altamente recomendado.

Very nice stay

An incredibly nice place. The pool has a magnificent view over the ocean. But if you suffer heavily from driving sickness I would reconsider this place.

Dieses Hotel gebucht, aber bei Anreise kein Zimmer verfügbar. Zunächst wurde und dann ein Hotel Atlantica angeboten. Hingefahren, gesehen und Zimmer von mir verweigert. 2 Klassen schlechter. Das nächste Angebot Hotel Mär Alimuri, schöne Lage, Bad 3qm, Zimmer 10qm. Als Kompensation "all inclusive"angeboten. Nach drei Stunden Zeitverlust keine Lust mehr weiter zu suchen und Zimmer genommen. Insgesamt eine Unverschämtheit.

Struttura molto carina immersa nel verde.

La struttura di questo hotel è veramente immersa nel verde sulla sommità della collina. Abbiamo avuto modo di provare la colazione ed il pranzo e devo dire che entrambi erano di grande soddisfazione. Peculiarità di questo hotel è quello di essere gestito da un tour operator inglese e quindi quasi tutti i clienti provengono da UK. Unico neo per chi vuole essere vicino al mare è che la struttura dista circa 7 Km da Sorrento.

Slightly worn

Beware that this hotel is primarily serving all inclusive guests from the UK. This means that the few rooms that are booked directly at the hotel or via booking sites are not getting the full experience - nor the best rooms or service. We stayed only for one night, and although the staff was very pleasant and the hotel beautifully situated on top of the mountains overlooking both the Amalficoast and the Napoli bay and did have a number of good features, it has seen better days. The rooms were decent enough, but the surrounding areas were slightly worn and did not offer the class that is expected from a high-end hotel. SPA and pool close early, and open late and parking facilities are not great. All in all bit of a disappointment.

נהננו מכל רגע במלון וחייבים לחזור לשם כי לא הספקנו להנות מכל היתרונות. בריכה יפייפה עם נוף מדהים, חדר נקי עם מרפסת ענקית, ארוחת בוקר מצויינת וצוות מקסים ומסביר פנים. יש כמה מסעדות טובות במרחק נסיעה קצר. כמו כן מהיציאה מהמלון יש גישה מאד נוחה וקצרה יותר לכיוון פוזיטאנו ואמאלפי (הכל על כביש אחד) חייבת, חייבת לחזור לשם לנפוש...

Urlaub im Glanz vergangener Zeiten

Die Einrichtung des Hotels mit Marmor und viel Holz ist beeindruckend. Dieser auf den ersten Blick hervorragende Eindruck wird aber geschmälert durch die im Süden wohl übliche "mediterrane Nachlässigkeit", d.h. bspw. vermüllte Dreckecken, tlw. defekte Außenbeleuchtung, Stolperfallen und Löcher auf den Wegen und Anlagen. Trotzdem haben wir uns im Hotel wohl gefühlt, auch weil ein wenig deutsch gesprochen wird. Super war der Reinigungsservice, der 2x täglich aufräumen und wischen kam; Bettwäschewechsel fand 2x die Woche statt. Wir haben das Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge genutzt, dafür war es super wegen der Lage zwischen dem Golf von Neapel und dem Golf von Salerno. Wegen der Lage auf einem Hügel oberhalb von Sorrent ist ein Auto wichtig, im erlaufbaren Umfeld befindet sich keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit; das Hotel bietet allerdings auch mehrfach täglich kostenlosen Shuttle in die Stadt Sorrent an, welcher jedoch einen Tag vorher angemeldet werden muss. Der Pool war immer gut gepflegt, Wasser i.O.; Liegen waren immer genügend vorhanden. Verpflegungsmäßig kann ich nur zum Frühstück Auskunft geben, Abendessen hatten wir nicht mitgebucht. Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker, es gab alles, was das Herz begehrt: Rühreier, gekochte Eier, gebratener Schinken, Salami, Schinken, Käse, Tomaten, allerlei Müsli und Joghurt sowie diverse süße Aufstriche und ein großes Kuchenbüfett mit leckeren Croissants, gefüllten Plunderteilchen und vielem mehr.
