It is located in the little town of Pianello del Lario, 15 minutes from the popular town of Menaggio and a perfect place from where you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the lake and mountains. It has two bedrooms, sleeping up to 5 people, one bathroom, an open-plan kitchen, open-plan living room with fireplace, a terrace which has a spectacular view of the lake.

The exclusive residence provides a private garage for guests and a shared outdoor swimming pool is perfect for daytime relaxing in between Lake Como activities and sightseeing.
