A newly built apartment in a Rustic styled building - a fine example of traditional Italian architecture. It is located in the little town of Pianello del Lario, 15 minutes from the popular town of Menaggio and a perfect place from where you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the lake and mountains. It has two bedrooms, sleeping up to 5 people, one bathroom, an open-plan kitchen, open-plan living room with fireplace, a terrace which has a spectacular view of the lake.

POOL OPENING TIMES ~ 1st June - 30th Sept

The exclusive residence provides a private garage for guests and a shared outdoor swimming pool is perfect for daytime relaxing in between Lake Como activities and sightseeing.

There is an available free public parking space just in front of the apartment.

Pianello del Lario is an excellent location for those who want to enjoy the quietness and beauty of the area.

The nearest public beachs are in Pianello del Lario, Domaso & Cremia where you will have the possibility of windsurfing. The town of Dongo is 2km away, Cremia is 4km away and Menaggio is 10km away. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of June 2025 to the 30th of September 2025
