Overall very nice, but communication with property manager was by phone only, as i did not have whats app. and we could not text each other for some reason. Very well appointed with good air conditioning, kitchenware, great view.

Gorgeous Balcony View

Pianello is a small town with a couple of good restaurants and a wonderful bar. A lake ferry stop there as well for exploring other towns in Lake Como. The view for the balcony is fantastic. The kitchen is well required and the beds are comfortable. Communication with Paola was excellent. I highly recommend this place.

Quiet stay with an amazing view

The property is located at a quiet smaller hillside town along Lake Como with 2 daily ferries. We were impressed by the cleanness, how roomy the house was, and the unbeatable view of the lake with the mountain backdrop from the balconies. The house had everything needed for our short stay. The local grocery store is a 3-min drive down the mountain and the nearby restaurant served fresh Italian pasta and pizza. The manager uses WhatsApp to communicate and is very responsible once connected. The owner keeps a wine closet with a good selection and fair pricing. If you like the hustle bustle of the cities, then you might try Bellagio or Tremezzie. For us this was the perfect stay where we thoroughly enjoyed the peacefulness and soaked in the view. We would definitely love to return.

A beautiful house in a quiet hamlet.

My wife and I, and another couple from America just finished a wonderful 5 days here. The high points are the million dollar views from the first floor and the master bedroom, the spotless condition of the house, the very complete kitchen with everything you need, and the quiet little historic hamlet of Maggianna where it is located. On the downside, the second large bedroom is in the attic (3rd floor) with only 2 very small windows, and it gets very hot in the summer. This room is the only one with an air conditioner, but it is a portable internal unit that is very loud…probably too loud for most people to sleep with on. And the location, while having an amazing view of the lake, is a 15-20 minute walk up a quite steep stone walkway from the lakefront town of Calozzo, where there is a store, bakery and a couple of restaurants. For some people this might require driving down the winding road to town. Also be aware that the passenger ferry service only stops here a couple times a day, so a car is required if you want to visit other parts of the lake Overall, we had a very positive experience here, and Paola the host is very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay in this beautiful house again if we return to this area.

Wunderbarer Urlaub! Das 3-stöckige Appartement ist sehr sauber, sehr geräumig und ideal für einen Familienurlaub. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und zur Selbstversorgung bestens geeignet. Die Aussicht auf den See und die Berge von den beiden Panoramabalkonen aus ist absolut fantastisch.Sehr nette Vermieter - es ist alles problemlos verlaufen. Wundervoller Kurzurlaub

Wir waren rundum mit allem zufrieden. Die Vermieterin in Paola waren reizend und hilfsbereit! Die Lage des Hauses ist aussergewöhnlich. Super ruhig in einem Ort ohne Autoverkehr (aber super Parkplatz!) und fussläufig über einen schönen Weg runter zum See. Die Sicht ist einfach nur WOW. Très beau logement dans une maison ancienne rénovée au coeur d'un hameau authentique, très au calme mais proche des points d'intérêt. La vue est magnifique et on ne s'en lasse pas, on peut descendre à pieds au bord du lac.

Schönes Haus mit einer Traum Aussicht.

Wir hatten als Familie spontan dieses Haus Anfang April gebucht und hatten eine sehr schöne Woche gehabt. Das Haus ist wirklich schön und sauber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders Toll ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf den See runter . Alles nötige war da. In der Ortschaft gibt's es einen kleinen Laden für das nötigste, großer Supermarkt in 4km. Vielleicht werden wir irgendwann wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an Paola für den netten Empfang und sonst einen sehr netten Kontakt.

Séjour au Lac de Come

Malgré quelques heures de pluie nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Tout d'abord je voudrai souligner la propreté des lieux ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La maison est située au calme avec une vue époustouflante sur le lac de Come. L'agencement de la maison est parfait et rien ne manque pour y passer un excellent séjour.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, die Wohnung top. Die Besitzerin war sehr nett und freundlich. Es war nur sehr ärgerlich das Fewo-direkt uns eine falsche Postleitzahl zugesendet hatte, sodass wir am falschen Ort ankamen. Nach über 1 Stunde Verspätung waren wir dann endlich am Ziel.

Liebevoll gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir haben ein wunderbare Woche in Pianello verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll gepflegt und top ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Um alles Organisatorische hat sich Paola bestens gekümmert, die Absprachen zu An- und Abreise liefen reibungslos. Auch mit den Besitzern Milena und Mauro hatten wir einen sehr netten Kontakt. Der Blick von der großen Terrasse über den Comer See ist wirklich atemberaubend, wir haben jedes Frühstück und jedes Abendessen dort genossen. Auch der Ort Pianello del Lario war uns sehr sympathisch, eher ruhig und ursprünglich, nicht touristisch überlaufen, trotzdem mit schönen kleinen Stränden und sogar einem kleinen Supermarkt in Fußreichweite. Danke für alles!
