Portion of an old renovated farmhouse, ideal for families, located on the first floor with a wide view and a livable loggia facing the gate, equipped with a wooden table for eating, reading and relaxing with the birds singing.
Close to both the sea and the mountains, the apartment consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a closet, a kitchen / living room (4x4 m) with oven electric, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, armchair.
New furniture in poor art and ample equipment with everything you need.
Very comfortable environment. The farmhouse of the early twentieth century completely renovated; the hydromassage pool was recently built, the farmhouse is surrounded by a large garden of roses, jasmine and centuries-old olive trees with a 360 degree view of the Gran Sasso and Maiella massifs.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a fenced private yard.

Casolare ben curato in mezzo al verde, ideale per chi cerca una vacanza di completo relax. Completano il tutto la pulizia e la disponibilità della signora Giacinta. Nulla è lassciato al caso, arredamento e spazi esterni curati nei particolari, questo fa sentire gli ospiti "a casa". Era proprio il posto che cercavo!

Our Italian home from home

This was our 5th year staying at Casale Giacinta. It is an oasis of calm, surrounded by wonderful scenery (mountains and sea) and offers a great base for exploring the national parks of Majella and Gran Sasso or the coast and beaches north and south of Pescara. The villa is really well appointed with air conditioning, well equipped kitchen and there is a barbecue area, bicycles, a table tennis table and a wonderful swimming pool. We always have a great holiday here

A secret heaven in Abruzzo

Probably one of the most enjoyable and beautiful holidays: the house is lovely, with 4 appartment, it's not too big and allows to meet other tenants, the pool is perfect, particularly for children. The appartments are clean and well decorated with everything you need (washing machine, dishwasher, etc..) and the beds are very confortable. The house is in the middle of olive trees with a stunning view on the mountrains. The location is perfect with many things to do and 30 / 45 min drive from mountains, lake, sea, historical villages. Giacinta is very friendly and hepful and this property is just lovely

Wonderful place to stay

We had a lovely time at Casale Giacinta in August. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The balcony had a stunning view across to the mountains. The villa is set in beautiful very well maintained gardens and the pool area is stunning. A lovely size pool with warm water - all kept immaculately clean. The apartment is well located for trips to the beach, lakes and mountains with many other places to visit. Thank you to the owners.

Fabulous holiday; delightful villa, great location

We had a great holiday in Abruzzo. The villa is superb; lovely pool, apartment had very well equipped kitchen, balcony had great views of the mountains; also enjoyed the shared barbecue and bikes. The attention to detail by the owner was evident everywhere; lots of nice touches. The nearby village of Pianella was only a 20 minute bike ride away and had a supermarket, great pizzeria and cafes. Lots of places to visit (Majella national park, Grand Sasso national park, Chieti, Penne, the coast) or just enjoy time by the pool. We had a great holiday and would definitely recommend the villa and the region.

Wonderfull house with very kind owners!

We had a fantastic holiday at this great house. The appartment was very clean when we arrived, the swimmingpool and the garden were above expectations, and the view was amazing. Giacinta and her husband were very hospitable, and always willing to help whenever we had a question. Lots of grocerystores nearby and even open on sundays. Giacinta recommended a few restaurants very close to the house for cheap and delicious food. Thank you for everything! Abbiamo trascorso una fantastica vacanza in questa grande casa. L'appartamento era molto pulito quando siamo arrivati, la piscina e il giardino erano al di sopra delle aspettative, e la vista era incredibile. Giacinta e suo marito erano molto ospitali e sempre pronti ad aiutare ogni volta che avevamo una domanda. Un sacco di negozi di alimentari nelle vicinanze e persino aperto la domenica. Giacinta consigliava alcuni ristoranti molto vicini alla casa per cibo economico e delizioso. Grazie di tutto

Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als es auf den Fotos zu erkennen ist. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber unf gepflegt. Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin verlief unproblematisch, sie ist sehr nett. Wir waren bereits zum 2ten mal hier und werden sicher nochmal kommen.

Ein sehr gepflegtes Anwesen!

Das gesamte Objekt ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und topp gepflegt! Es besitzt einen großen Pool und viele Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung, wie Tischtennis, Rad fahren (sind vor Ort). Unsere Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und makellos sauber. Alles was man braucht, war vorhanden. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Anfragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Wenn alle 4 Wohnungen vermietet sind, ist es doch ziemlich eng um den Pool und auch nicht mehr ganz so ruhig.

Schöne Tage in den Abruzzen

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer sehr gepflegten und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Das Haus und der Pool waren ordentlich umzäunt, so dass die Kinder allein im Hof spielen konnten. Die Lage ist gut! Man bekommt die Schönheit der Abruzzen zu sehen und ist ebenso schnell in den Bergen, wie am Meer. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

lovely Appartment in amazing Property

Me and 2 friends stayed at this porperty for 4 nights and in short: It was more than worth it! The Host Giacinta is really helpful and Check-in/ communication was perfect. The Appartments are clean, with air conditioning and everything else you need. The property itself is wonderful, located a bit outside where you can relax at the beautiful pool. The owner even offers some bicycles ( for free) you can use to explore the sorroundings. A very helpful guide book with the Suggestions what to do in the Area in multiple languages is also given and realyl helpful. In sumamry, i can highly reccomend staying there!

Erholung und Ruhe auf dem Land

Sehr schönes Gebäude, das in vier Ferienwohnungen aufgeteilt wurde. Jede Wohnung hat einen eigenen Schattenplatz und einen eigenen Sonnenplatz. Die Wohnung ist optimal aufgeteilt und im italienischen Landesstil zweckmäßig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Highlight ist der Pool, an dem jede Wohnung seinen eigenen Platz hat. Sonnenplätze sind immer vorhanden, Schatten spenden Sonnenschirme und Olivenbäume. Der große Garten ist liebevoll angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Insgesamt macht das Anwesen einen herrlichen Eindruck (allein die breite Kiesauffahrt mit den Olivenbäumen ist sehenswert). Hier ist nichts beengt. Super ergänzt wird das Ganze durch eine Grillecke, Tischtennis und mehrere Leihfahrräder. Was will man mehr!!! Trotz der ländlichen Lage gelangt man schnell zu schönen Restaurants, Einkaufen im Supermarkt ist auch nicht weit. In der gut ausgestatten Küche kann man sich bequem selbst versorgen. Früher habe ich immer gedacht, die Toskana wäre das Highlight Italiens. Jetzt weiß ich, dass es die Abruzzen sind (herrlich, durch die Orte wie Pianella zu wandern). Die Gastgeber sind zuvorkommend und herzlich. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Sprachlich kommt man auch immer klar, notfalls mit Händen und Füßen oder Google Übersetzer. Für uns war es ein abwechslungsreicher und trotzdem erholsamer Urlaub. Entspannung pur.

Es hat alles gepasst

Der Aufenthalt in Pianella war toll. Das Haus ist sehr schön und der Pool auch für kleine Kinder geeignet. Das Meer erreicht man in 30 Minuten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zur Genüge. Der Kontakt mit Giacinta war sehr angenehm. Sie hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns stets wohl gefühlt haben.

Veramente un posto bellissimo!

Sono stata al Casale Giacinta con mio marito, figlio e la mia mamma per la vacanza di ferragosto. Una bellissima sorpresa.....la casa è stupenda, corrisponde 100% alle foto dell'annuncio; pulizia, arredamento e servizi impeccabili. Giacinta e suo marito sono stati gentilissimi dal nostro primo minuto lì fino all’ultimo. Ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa. Il casale è situato tra le montagne e le spiagge della costa adriatica, ci sono tantissimi posti da visitare; ovviamente la machina è necessaria, però si può fare delle passeggiate nelle vicinanze in campagna a piedi oppure in bicicletta (la casa dispone di diverse opzioni di bici per gli ospiti). La piscina è bellissima e aperta per tutto il giorno. L’area barbecue è attrezzata con tutto ciò che ci può servire....veramente molto gradevole. Torneremo sicuramente!
