When we arrived, we got placed in the "honeymoon suite". The shower and toilet were outdoors which put me off. When I complained they placed us in the private pool villa. The pool villa is pretty nice. The pool is clean and great. However the shower is still outdoors so all sorts of exotic wildlife will visit once In a while. I've seen a little lizard and huge cockroaches in the shower. Pretty gross. Also the floor flooded a bit when it rained a lot. The bed is clean. The breakfast is pretty good considering. Carpet in the billiard room is peeling from age. Gym room smells seriously musky. A couple of times things went awry (misunderstood room service order) because staff don't speak much English. I understand this is Thailand but if you market yourself as a five star hotel then I think to expect basic English esp your own menu is not being unreasonable. Overall it was an up and down experience. May have good about a decade ago but it's becoming inconsistent, dated and neglected.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. It was recommended by friends who lived in Phuket, as I had 4 days left of my vacation and wanted to stay at a resort. I loved the hot springs and ice pool. The bridge out to the beach and the beach area is beautiful, and the sunsets were amazing. The hotel grounds are in good shape, the rooms are dated but clean, no complaints at all. The service...there is no service at this hotel. If you are sun tanning by the pool, no one will ever come and ask if you want anything. If you go to the bar or kitchen to ask for fruit or water, they do not want to bring it to you. The first evening I went for dinner in the dining room, the staff seen me come in...after waiting 20 minutes I had to go to the bar to get a menu. I almost had to go to the bar to place my order. In the afternoon I was going to have a drink at the swim up bar...I couldn't stay because two light fixtures were inhabited by tiny wasps, they did not want me sitting there. I showed the bartender about it, he just shrugged his shoulders and shook his head. I would not stay here again.

We stopped here as part of a tour to visit the hot springs and cold water pool. What a pleasant surprise! This was a family trip and we all fell in love with this hotel and the gounds. Staff was friendly. Drinks were cold and fresh. There are many pools on this propery including a hot springs pool, a cold water pool, and swimming pools. The grounds, hotel, changing rooms and bathrooms were very clean. This hotel is off the beaten path of the touristy areas yet close enough to take local excursions anywhere in Krabi and Phuket. Conferences rooms and restaurant are on propery. Only 20 minutes from the airport. The property has a beautiful beach. Sure wish we had stayed here! I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of more congested touristy areas.

I'm staying right now here. Very nice place for relax in hot springs. But don't you ever try to order some lunch or cocktails... The worst I ever try in my life... All staff looks at you like you always come here and never pay.... Don't waste your time, have many hot springs but better service and quality)

It's so amazing to get nature treatment after long running a marathon 42.195 Km at The HotSpring Beach Resort & Spa. This hotel is located along Phang Nga's Natai beach where is beautiful beach and peaceful for relaxation. The room is wide and comfortable with fully set up amenities. My room number is 113 with swimming pool view. I love both the Cool Water Pool and the Mineral HotSpring. Also, the taste of Thai Food from Inroom Dinning is delicious and I enjoy very much. I will be your returning guest for sure soon. Thank you Saowanee W.

I travel all over the world and this was the first time I had been invited to a 5 star resort near Phuket by friends. I had one of the best times of my life swimming and just chilling out at the pool bar and hot springs pool. I didn't think I would like the ice pool but I did. Good points. Fun, Clean, nice staff, great way to relax. Issues, Older place and room Food was not on par at all Bar and food staff was disappointing at lack of skills I will go back for sure, but will not dine there with current restaurant standards.

The room we had was really nice, clean and spacious. Beautiful sea view. The location is very special with a kind of inner lake next to the sea. The garden is beautiful. The breakfast was okay, but could be a bit more extended. The swimming pool is nice with a bar inside of it. I will visit another time again.

Staff service is good. The Room is wide and comfortable. The room which I rested is in the sea view. This place is available for couple to honeymoon or for family to do activities together. I think some children will like this room, it is because between bed and bath room there is the sliding window. They can enjoy when they take a bath and see their parent. Moreover, this hotel has swimming pool that the water come form hot spring. About food, It is not spicy taste for thai People but the foreigner maybe like them. Have a nice trip

This Resort is a very quiet spot in an area north of Phuket Airport. Its greenery and abundance of spring water flowing through numerous Resort's open pools as well as private pools at indescribably beautiful villas offer a perfect atmosphere for a relaxed and non-crowded enjoyment. Resort has access to a nice and very safe beach at the stretch known as famous Natai Beach. Accommodation in Pool Villas is impeccable, clean and huge rooms, jacuzzi bathrooms, Thai style furniture, everything well maintained daily and with extreme care by friendly staff in the Resort. Food in Resort's Salathai Restaurant, Thai or intrnational, is very tasty and reasonably priced. We noticed that some guests from neighboring resorts were frequently at Salathai for dinner. Last, but not least, new Resort's Manager, Mr. Tony who has lengthy North American experience in tourist industry, is a very focused, efficient and action oriented whenever guests require his care/help. He really cares about this Resort, a gem in the pearl of stretch well known as Natai Beach.

We had booked two ocean view rooms. When we went to our rooms, which were quite a long way from reception, there was no wifi & the rooms smelt musty like they had been locked up for a long time. We complained & they upgraded us to pool view rooms. Fabulous ! Beautiful spacious clean rooms. Hot & cold pools right outside the door, swim up bar in the big pool. Restaurant was about a 30 second walk away. We only stayed one night & had 3 meals in the restaurant. Great menu & delicious food at reasonable prices. Breakfast was included & it was excellent, great selection of Thai & Western food. Would definitely stay here again but will book pool view room.
