The hotel was lovely. quiet, clean and comfy. Air con in the room was great and they also have a TV, Minibar and wardrobe space. Bathroom is a wet room so fairly small when it comes to the shower. The staff were sweet but didn’t say much when we checked in, just took pics of our passport and told us our room number after taking payment. It was about 8pm and we had no toilet roll (we chose not to have our room cleaned during the day) they only leave one in the bathroom and this wasn’t a full one. We asked reception for another and they said they couldn’t give us one as housekeeping had gone home. When we asked what we should do then, the receptionist just shrugged. Luckily, they left the door open all night to a room that was unoccupied so we managed to get some from there.

Reasonably priced, get what you pay for. Good position in Phuket town, rooms were clean and reasonably comfortable beds. Shower wasnt fantastic, but that wasn't too much of a bother. Would stay again!

We were a honeymoon couple when we visited Phuket during one of our tours to Thailand-Phuket. The place is nice, not so wow breakfast but will do. The staffs are very friendly and very helpful. Recommened for budget travellers!

A recommended hotel. The location of this hotel is strategic and the workers there are very friendly. A 24 hour laundry shop can be found near the hotel and there is a 24 hour grocery shop just opposite the hotel which you can arrive in a few 1 minute from the lobby by walking.

If you've expected a nice 'hotel', you might get disappointed. As others mentioned this hotel is quite old and far from luxury. But compared to other hostels we stayed in Phuket Town this hotel was a great choice. Get an deluxe room with a/c for this money in town won't be so easy. This hotel is located bit away from the old town, local bus terminal and local market but they are reachable by foot anyway. Close to Robinson department store. Since it's bit off from the touristic old town, it has some good features. Restaurants around are very local, tasty and cheap. Surrounding is quite during day and night. It might be difficult to find but due to its history many locals know where it is anyway. And there's big neon sign on the top of the building. Highly recommend for budget travelers.

After a disappointing walk hostel to hostel being told everything is full we decided to bite the bullet and go to the fancy looking hotel. It turned out to be one of the cheapest places we stayed on our whole trip. Nice room with A/C, no complaints here.

If I could give it less than one star I would! Booked last min, needed a place. Room was dismal, bathroom reeked of sewage. Air-con was terrible. Bed was filthy. Worst part, upon checking in, they photo copied both of our passports, received mine back. Didn't get my partners passport. I told them we need it back, and they said yes one moment. So we went on our way to the room to drop the bags, we were also very tired after our journey. When we went to check out. Passport was no where to be seen. Manager not present to open the office which we knew the passport was in. Our thoughts are that they didn't take it out of the copier. Still in process of getting it back!!!! Do yourself a favour and avoid this place. Unacceptable!!

We had originally booked 3 nights at this hotel and couldn't wait to leave after 2. Rooms budget & cheap but clean. Despite DO NOT DISTURB sign on door, room was entered when we were out. Paid for room with breakfast. First morning after waking the waiter up who was asleep on sofa we managed to get half our breakfast. Second day woke up the waiter again, got coffee & no breakfast and was told the kitchen was closed at 8.15am. Demanded refund and was offered a complementary breakfast???? Terrible hotel terrible customer service. The trip was made worse by there being absolutely nothing to do in that area!!!!

I've been there a few times for biz travel. The price is cheap, location is good for transportation, nearby the place for eating. But the room is too old, some room, aircon is hot, not cool. It's suitable for short stay 1 night and save money.

Decent room, with a good bathroom close to old town. It's quite noisy with other guests but it's easily accessible and clean. Bed (blankets and pillow) were comfy and AC was good. The wifi in the rooms were shocking even though we paid extra but the wifi in the lobby was free and relatively quick. I would go back again if I was staying near old town as its a good price for what you get.
