tegenvaller

de locatie aangegeven op jullie website klopt niet, wat maakt dat ik 2 keer in het zelfde condo, maar in een ander gebouw, verbleven heb. het juiste adres is 119/60 Wichit Songkhram Road, Kathu, 83120 Kathu, Thailand. bij aankomst was het appartement en eetgerei niet zuiver en heb ik en mijn vriendin, 2 uur gepoetst om alles proper te krijgen. er hing ook een geur in het appartement omdat de eigenaar er zelf woont en kookt zonder goed te verluchten. Het meest opmerkelijke was dan ook dat de eigenaar bij het uitchecken stelde dat wij niet gekuist hadden. tevens heb ik 1600 baht moeten betalen voor het verbruik aan elektriciteit en water. Dit was niet gemeld in mijn reservatie en ook hoog omdat ik die week nog 3 dagen naar Chiang Mai gegaan ben en dus er geen verbruik geweest kan zijn. ik hoop dat jullie mij nog een compensatie hiervan kunnen bezorgen. Dit is echt tegen gevallen en ik zou niemand aanraden deze condo te reserveren.
