Stayed at this hotell for one week, nice location and not to far from the beach. Overall an okay hotell with good breakfast and excellent rooms. Not to satisfied with the pool area, no umbrellas to be under and can fast be overcrowded due to few beds and many guests.

this is a decent mid priced hotel in patong. its 10/15mins walk to beach and the same to bangala road. we had a room on the front with aa balcony. the tv signal was very poor and it was a snowy picture constantly. however you dont go on holiday to watch tv so we didnt mind too much. free wifi did reach our room but it was patchy and some times i couldnt connect. you get two free bottles of water a day,but be careful its the glass bottles on the shelf NOT the plastic ones in the fridge.if you drink those you will get charged! air con was good and cold. shower was ok but water pressure was pretty poor when the tap was turned to hot so mostly had luke warm showers. breakfast was ok. egg station was good, could have eggs anyway you wanted then and they also had streaky bacon cooking there aswell. i didnt like the fact there were no tongs for the bread so everyone had their hands all over it : / poor was nice, maybe a little cold but clean. pool bar was lovely with alcoholic slush puppies for sale. if we were to stay again i would get a pool view room as the rooms at the front where just too noisy with Hard Rock just across the road and the tuk tuks with massive sound systems seemed constant until at least 0130. overall not a bad hotel. clean enough and helpful staff.

Just got back from staying here. We stayed in the superior room. Positives are it is absolutely spotless, bedding and towels changed daily and massive comfy bed. Negatives was no balcony just a window but it didn't matter as we only slept there. We stayed room only but decided to pay for breakfast every morning. Polite staff apart from one who wanted payment the minute you sat down and then you had to ask for your change! But okay breakfast and an egg station! Not much for English visitors but there again you are in Thailand and I loved having noodles for breakfast! The overall hotel was spotless and efficient staff. It's all very central and convenient for the supermarkets nightlife and currency exchanges. The only criticisms would be there's no security and it's very open so anyone can walk into the hotel and access the rooms as the people I was staying with someone tried opening there room door at 4.30am! Could have been another guest confused about rooms. And noisy guests at all hours banging on doors and yelling down the corridor but this is I suppose out of the hotels control! I would though saying that return if I ever went back to patong as it was a good clean hotel and very central to all amenities

I arrived in the evening and requested an upgrade as my room did not have a balcony, the staff were very friendly and accommodating organising this for me and moved me to room overlooking the pool, which was nice and surprisingly quiet. I had breakfast included and managed to get a couple in as im a sleepy head, but found this to be very basic but adequate as it was included in my package. The pool was lovely and the massages were well worth it 400 bht for an hour out doors i had more than one. The rooms were serviced daily and the rooms were so spacious and very comfortable, the bathroom was massive incl a bath tub and separate shower. I guess the only thing i may recommend is the pool/beach towels could have been larger and better quality but hey its just a towel. So overall i enjoyed my stay was out of my room most of the time at the beach doing activities but was always nice to come back to a nice room.

The hotel's Supreme rooms should be condemned, we booked 2 rooms and both were horrendous they are in serious need of renovation, the bathroom tiles were cracked, there was mould in the shower and sink, we demanded to be moved to a deluxe room as we could not use the shower in one room as the door was jammed, not a good start to our holiday. Thankfully the staff could see there were issues with the room and moved us to the opposite side of the hotel which was much better other than the housekeeping, in 9 days the room was not mopped we cleaned the bathroom ourselves as marks on the vanity were still present when we returned to our room in the afternoon's. Disappointing stay as i had stayed in this hotel 8 years ago, the service & quality of rooms then was of a much higher standard. Wifi is provided free of charge but the reception in the rooms is terrible we went to the local bar if we wanted to access e-mails. On the up side the reception staff were helpful & friendly.

We arrived early and had booked 2 rooms over 6mths prior. Was told they did not have 2 rooms next to each other. Then was told our room would not be ready for 2hrs. That's OK we went for lunch. Came back n was told only 1 room was ready n needed to wait another hour for ours. The tiles around the entire place were extremely slippery, they used shiny tiles n it was very dangerous I slipped over twice n so did my 7yr old while walking from the undercover outside breakfast tables to inside to get food. He threw up at breakfast one morning n all the staff ignored my husband n him, I came back n took him to the toilets n he the up again but on the walkway n they ignored us again. Our TV was not working n they said they would send someone straight up 45min later he finally came n he didn't even fix it, he walked away n didn't come back. When we were checking out they gave us the bill for the wrong room. Then the man serving us was interrupted but someone n went off to deal with that n just left me standing there. When we got home I realised that they didn't give me back my 2000THB deposit. I emailed them n after the 2nd email they replied to tell me they had forgotten n would transfer it into my account but I would have to incur the transfer fees. I emailed back to say I would not incur the fees as it was their mistake n they have not replied. It has been 4mths since then n still nothing. Absolutely horrible customer service. The travel agent next door the was fantastic!!!

The hotel is ok, but make sure you book the supreme rooms. The deluxe rooms are at the front of the hotel which is almost opposite the hard rock cafe so if you want to go to bed before 1am this is not for you. Also the deluxe rooms face the road so tuk tuk's are always racing up the road at all hours with music blaring. Breakfast is sufficient with a number of options though this caters more for the Chinese market. I ordered room service and the service and food was very good.

This hotel is strategically located along the main road in Patong, about a kilometre away (or a 15 min walk) from Bangla Road. Right opposite the road from this hotel is the Phuket Hard Rock Cafe. Worry not about the long walk...there are many interesting stalls and restaurants for you to stop at and shop along the way! The Jung Ceylon Mall is also located along the way. The hotel has a large pool which is surrounded by palm trees and a bar. There's also massage available by the pool. The room we got was massive! However, the decor in the room looked a little outdated (ours had wooden finishing all round) but nothing was broken or spoilt! Very comfortable beds but the bathroom was a little too small for a big-sized person to move about. Had to squeeze myself between the frame of the bath area and the wall to brush my teeth/ wash my hands. Was very uncomfortable indeed. The room had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Very poor wifi connection in the room. Had to go to the lobby for better connection. Rooms came with complimentary breakfast which had quite a good spread. All in all, I'll stay here again if I'm back at Patong, Phuket.

Rooms were tired and in desperate need of upgrading! Some staff were nice, others not so nice. Food was nice, drinks were good. The pool is beautiful and the hotel was in a pretty good location. Hard to go to sleep when the loud 'Dush dush' music from the bars below were pumping. We had a good time there but we're pleased to leave!

Deluxe Rooms are spacious and have a nice balcony. Bathroom is spacious as well. Furniture is not latest but still in good condition and acceptable. Beds are okay. Rooms have flat-screen TV and WiFi access, separately from poolside. Breakfast is okay with a good choice. Be careful as they will close the breakfast without announcement suddenly. They have choices for everyone, even halal for Muslim travelers. The area is between Hard Rock and the busy Patong bar district, so at times abit noisy but this is everywhere in the area and did not feel disturbing. The pool of the hotel is great and enjoyable. The sunken bar has nice music and affordable drinks. In the evening the lounge and restaurant has a live band with yesteryears songs which is cozy. Food and shopping, also the beach are easy to reach in walking distance. Overall a great holiday hotel and recommendable.
