We booked 4 rooms. 1 room had not been made up from previous occupant. Another room was issued and late a night we came home to find a strong sewer smell and the aircon not working. We had no water 2 days in a row not being able to flush the toilet or use the shower. Reception staff rude in particular the reception manager who found our complaints amusing. Be careful when booking this hotel.
this hotel is really bad. they have tone of rude unruly Chinese guests. these people have no manners, loud as hell any time of day or night. spend a little more and go to a better place people for ur own sanity.
Booked to stay for 20 nights but within the first 10 issues with wifi or power outages started. After these issues started the issues with having your room made up started to get beyond the joke. Staff don't care and there is little to no service when requested. Still here for the last 4 nights of the trip and again issues with making my room up. They advised 11 hours isn't enough time to organise my room to be cleaned. This hotel is happy to take my money but not sort out these issues and not even any mention of a refund or discount on top of this no water on certain days. Even though the location is great I will never be back and advise friends to stay away. Very unhappy
Great resort close to everything yet quite and relaxing. Great value for money, very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well presented always, staff were all great with the kids. My second time in resort and not my last.
This hotel is in the best location for a holiday in Patong. Very close to Otop (and no need to cross the road after a few drinks). You could still walk comfortably to Bangla Road if you needed to, but Bangla wasn't on my to do list every day. Rooms are comfortable and cool. We had a pool access room which was handy. Hotel is older (you still locked the door with an actual key - not a card), but I would definitely go back. Meals were excellent and prices were the same as on the street. A band played most nights but noise wasn't an issue. Staff very friendly and helpful.
This hotel is in a great location. It's an easy stroll to the nice part of Patong beach and conveniently located near plenty of restaurants. We stayed in a spacious grand deluxe room overlooking the pool. It's a bit loud at night due to the proximity of neighboring clubs, but this is common in most Patong hotels near the beach. Nice swim up bar and a huge pool also made this a pleasant stay.
the location is good 200 meter to patong beach 600 meters to crestins massage (it not actualy a massage shop they call it soap massage when enter there is a big window like an aquarium but inside is not a sea life but a a night life! about 20 lady sit there and for 90 minutes you can enjoy more than soap massage!) and 200 meter after that is waking street of phuket) the hotel is old and almost clean .the beat rooms in placed on grand floor which some rooms have access to pool directly, and from time to times the lift is out of order
Stayed at this hotell for one week, nice location and not to far from the beach. Overall an okay hotell with good breakfast and excellent rooms. Not to satisfied with the pool area, no umbrellas to be under and can fast be overcrowded due to few beds and many guests.
this is a decent mid priced hotel in patong. its 10/15mins walk to beach and the same to bangala road. we had a room on the front with aa balcony. the tv signal was very poor and it was a snowy picture constantly. however you dont go on holiday to watch tv so we didnt mind too much. free wifi did reach our room but it was patchy and some times i couldnt connect. you get two free bottles of water a day,but be careful its the glass bottles on the shelf NOT the plastic ones in the fridge.if you drink those you will get charged! air con was good and cold. shower was ok but water pressure was pretty poor when the tap was turned to hot so mostly had luke warm showers. breakfast was ok. egg station was good, could have eggs anyway you wanted then and they also had streaky bacon cooking there aswell. i didnt like the fact there were no tongs for the bread so everyone had their hands all over it : / poor was nice, maybe a little cold but clean. pool bar was lovely with alcoholic slush puppies for sale. if we were to stay again i would get a pool view room as the rooms at the front where just too noisy with Hard Rock just across the road and the tuk tuks with massive sound systems seemed constant until at least 0130. overall not a bad hotel. clean enough and helpful staff.
Just got back from staying here. We stayed in the superior room. Positives are it is absolutely spotless, bedding and towels changed daily and massive comfy bed. Negatives was no balcony just a window but it didn't matter as we only slept there. We stayed room only but decided to pay for breakfast every morning. Polite staff apart from one who wanted payment the minute you sat down and then you had to ask for your change! But okay breakfast and an egg station! Not much for English visitors but there again you are in Thailand and I loved having noodles for breakfast! The overall hotel was spotless and efficient staff. It's all very central and convenient for the supermarkets nightlife and currency exchanges. The only criticisms would be there's no security and it's very open so anyone can walk into the hotel and access the rooms as the people I was staying with someone tried opening there room door at 4.30am! Could have been another guest confused about rooms. And noisy guests at all hours banging on doors and yelling down the corridor but this is I suppose out of the hotels control! I would though saying that return if I ever went back to patong as it was a good clean hotel and very central to all amenities
