El hotel estĆ” bien , aunque muy alejado del centro en verdaderamente lejos , por otra parte tiene un muy buen desayuno pero al estar el restaurante al descubierto no se come con agrado ya que hay mosquitos constantemente, los empleados muy amables ! Lo Ćŗnico a destacar y para mal es un tour que cogĆ­ confiada de que era consecuente y bueno ya que era por medio del mismo hotel , en el cual paguĆ© 4,400 Bht y no hicieron el recorrido que se decĆ­a ni la comida, por otra parte mientras realice el recorrido en canoa me abrieron la mochila y sustrajeron mi cĆ”mara de fotos , lo que mĆ”s me molesta es que estaban las filmaciones submarinas de dos meses de viaje y como comprenderĆ”n son irreemplazables , por otra parte al comunicarlo se desentendieron y pasaron directamente de mi y en el hotel al comunicarlo en l recepciĆ³n la chica que estaba allĆ­ tambiĆ©n se desentendiĆ³ , obviamente ellos saben que un turista va de paso y que no tiene tiempo para colocar una denuncia en condiciones ! Y asĆ­ se hiciera al no vivir en el paĆ­s la denuncia se archiva , pero quiero dejar constancia de que fue en un tour no se si es del mismo hotel por que tampoco me dieron mayor informaciĆ³n!! Dejare el nombre de dicha empresa que realiza este tipo de recorrido y que se encargan de robar a los turistas !! Es una pena en verdad (amazing canoeing co., Ltd )

From check in to check out all the staff were amazing from being genuinly polite to the bar staff bringing over the drinks menu when your by the pool. The room was nice with a comfortable and big bed with a spacious rooms and a large balcony.

The location of the hotel is quite far away from the main street. This can be a good thing but also bad. Takes a while by foot to get to the big street and by that time youā€™re sweating. Also adds to the cost of transportation. The good thing is that the hotel area is quiet and no street noise is heard there. The two swimming pools are big and look very nice, but they close at 7pm! Most of the evenings we arrived back at the hotel later than 7 oā€™clock, which meant we couldnā€™t swim, which would been the best time for swimming. My friend slipped on a glass covered decoration tile by the pool and hurt her hand and knee. We informed the staff but they wiped their hands off of it. They said they donā€™t have insurance nor any type of papers my friend could have filled. Of course she had travel insurance, but we thought the hotel might have to take responsibility and would be required to fill some type of paper work. So nothing came out of it. We are just surprised the pool area has glass covered deco tiles which are really slippery when wet or when a person steps on them with wet feet. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast is pretty good. Most of the time itā€™s pretty much same foods everyday. Only chicken sauce is different everyday. The hotel area is lush and pretty with lots of flowers and plants. The hotel offers a free one way transportation to Kata Beach three times a week (monday, wednesday and friday) which was cool!

Great hotel tucked away in what feels like a rainforest but is actually right on the beach. Great cafe/ restaurant, not crazy expensive and great food. Very quiet and relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of centre chalong.

Our first solo trip was in Phuket and staying at Aochalong villa was amazing. They had exceptional service and hospitality and the location is perfect for those looking to vacation away from super busy cities like Patong. I decided to upgrade rooms for a great price and it was totally worth it if you're looking for a comfier stay. They offer taxi services and multiple excursion brochures upfront so you don't have to go out of your way looking for reliable ones. I will be back next time

The staff here are very kind and helpful. The pool by the restaurant was clean and had a beautiful view of the sea. However, the room did not look like the pictures, as well as other parts of the property not matching the photos online. The place was clean and quiet, but definitely can use some updates. When we arrived and got to the villa it was hotter than it was outside. It took hours to cool down. They only give you one room key so if you aren't in the room the ac will not run. Overall the place was average and did not look like the pictures online. The name villa resort and spa also gives the impression it is something that it is not.

The staff at check-in was friendly and helpful. Thatā€™s about the only positive thing I can say. We checked in and immediately went out to explore the town, so we didnā€™t notice how terrible the rooms were until we returned around 10pm. We booked two rooms, one villa and one standard room. - The villa was ant and roach infested. It also smelled of chemicals. The hair dryer did not work. - The standard roomā€™s bathroom smelled awful. It reeked of a strong urine smell and we had to keep the door closed at all times. When we called to the front desk, they basically said it was after hours and there was nothing they could do until the next day. They offered to pesticide spray the villa unit in the morning. That is probably the chemical smell we were smelling and it probably isnā€™t safe to inhale. Around 12am, the units adjacent to the standard room decided they were going to hang out outside on the patio all night. They were loud, yelling and making noise, and we couldnā€™t get any sleep as they were right outside our door. They didnā€™t stop until about 5am. In the villa, my family also couldnā€™t sleep as the ants would bite and it hurt! We booked and prepaid for 3 nights but only stayed one.

Not for me, beware!

Well..I couldnt stay past the 1st night checked out the next morning without sleep. There were ants and cockroaches so we had to keep one eye open so they didnt craw where they werent supposed to at night as the bed did not sit on platforms. The shower windows were see through from the outside so free for all show when your in the shower. The hair dryer broke and they advised me nothing they can do. Imagine super long wet hair in hot humid weather. The ocean view is not what is displayed. To conclude if your the rough it out doors type you should have no issues. Oh and they accused me of taking their used and abused hand towel, wanted me to open and check my luggage after I had not slept the whole night at 5 am in the morning only to find out that they didnt see it in the room. I would love to elaborate more throughly on the experience but Im limited to characters.

Beautiful hotel very friendly staff nice location food was really good, the room was very basic and struggled with the shower but would definitely re visit

The hotel is lovely, the staff is nice and helpful. By a 5 minute walk you reach the main street where you can find whatever you want. The only disappointing thing was the water pressure in the bathroom... like watering plants from a can.
