For 3 star hotel, the place is really good! Situated right next to the beach, it has many convenience stores nearby. Room is top notch, pool side is proper and kept clean, and overall everything is excellent.

Big room close to the beach

Friendly staffs and good service. The pool size is enough to get swimming relax. The room will got is very big come with balcony, king size beds and you more space to put your luggage. We can access the beach by 2 minutes walk. There is convenient store just right in front of the hotel. We love this hotel and location.

This was a great landing spot for our trip to southern Thailand. The beds are hard, but that is typical in Thailand, we discovered. Rooms are spacious, staff friendly, good location, nice pool and very good breakfast.

Please think again about this place

I have booked through Expedia many times and I am not sure why you are advertising this place The comfort of the deluxe villa room By pool do not book We were out at the back where this a girlie bar backed onto the grounds the noise went on until 5am every day The beds were so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep When we complained we were not moved but said they know but nothing they can do about it as the police cannot do anything about this particular bat Spme of the bed linedn grey tired stained just look tired but they did give us late check out but no compensation for such an ordeal Expedia maybe put one of your team in the last room at the end of the pool let me know how you feel after that . When this review goes up Maybe you should review this property Bangtao itself was quiet after midnight except for this bat that backed directly only this property

This hotel has a great location, 30 seconds from the beach. Staff was great. Bed was ok. really not a complaint. Very convenient to anything you want. For me this was a great place to sleep and clean up. That is what I was looking for. Yes I would stay here again !!!!

Nice place close to the beach, 2 min. wall. Great pool if only the guess would stop reserve g the char by the pool without ising them for hours. The establishment needs a policy again st reserven the char. The pool area is too small. good breakfast with a lot of fruit. Will recommend and return.

Quiet, close to beach, pool, and restaurants.

I stayed at this place about 5 years ago, and returned again because of its close proximity to the beach (just across the road) and a variety of restaurants, and because it has breakfast, and a pool. The area of Phuket is BangTao beach and this is a very quiet area.... so if you want to completely avoid the partying crowds of Patong, then then go here. Some of the poolside huts were affected by the noise of one of the late night restaurants/bars, apparently, but we were in a room above the office... it was pretty quiet at night, except for some noise from the mosque call to prayer... but it doesn't last long. The beach is quiet, and is pretty flat, so great for kids, and for people who just want to go in for a dip without being knocked about by a lot of waves. There are a few jetskis, but there is a roped off area for people to swim The breakfast provided is good, with cereal, fruit, cooked food, tea/coffee and is available from 7.30-10.30am. You can eat there for lunch but the Pad Thai wasn't that good. There are quite a few restaurants along the road, most have a similar menu, but the one just to the left always gave us 10% off. Excellent for a quiet week away from the world with not much to do besides eat, swim and relax.

Overall the hotel was nice with a pool, however the negative side was loud misic from neighbor bar from 5pm until morning hours, very noisy neighborhood.

Overall, the stay was good. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was served in a timely manner. The only issues we really encountered was the wifi and the tv didn't work.
