Great stay overall! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The balcony view was amazing — perfect for watching the sunset and even the fireworks at night. The host was very friendly and responded quickly whenever we needed help. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Phu Quoc.

Clean, delicate and spacious apartment with a great view (firework and Kiss Bridge). Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, also with traditional Vietnamese food. Frequently used the gym as well, so that was a lovely bonus. They even picked us up from our first hotel stay on the island and drove us to the airport when we were leaving. For us this was a great place to stay while we explored the island on our own. Communication beforehand and during the stay was also very good. Would stay again.

Comfortable apartment with nice view over the neighbouring forest, this was very enjoyable. Practical balcony and washing machine, also well equipped kitchen. Fails a bit on the side of cleanliness, although bedding was great, the towels always had stains on them, also kitchenware did not feel exactly clean. Bed was very comfortable and when we had extra requests get answers quite soon.

I just checked out and had a really great stay here. The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and smelled fresh. Everything was prepared thoughtfully. The balcony has an amazing ocean view — watching the sunset in the evening was beautiful, and at night we could even see the fireworks, which made the experience really special. One of the things I appreciated most was the host’s support. Whenever I needed help or had questions, they responded very quickly and were extremely friendly and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and convenient. The room is new, quiet, and perfect for relaxing during a vacation. If I come back to Phu Quoc in the future, I would definitely consider staying here again and would happily recommend it to my friends. Thank you to the host for such a pleasant stay!

友達夫婦と私達夫婦4人で滞在しました。部屋のグレードアップをしてくれてリビング、キッチン付き2ベッドルーム、更に19階の最上階だったのでもう 信じられない絶景で毎晩花火もみれて最高に素敵な思い出になりました。 特に20階にあるプールからのサンセットタウンが見渡せる景色はとても素晴らしかったです。 ここのエリアは同じHOLIDAYアパートメントのビルが3棟建っていてそれぞれ部屋のオーナーさんが日本で言う民泊のように部屋を貸し出しているようです。なので同じ建物内に沢山のホテル名が出てくるので分かりづらいかと思います。 ビルの名前は The Sky 、The Sea 、The Hill と3棟あるのでもし空港からタクシーで行かれる方はどのビルかを事前にメールで確認しておくといいと思います。 私達はHOTELの名前だけをドライバーに告げた所、場所が分からなかったようで少し離れた所で降ろされ、坂を登る羽目になりました。 ここのHOTELはThe Skyになります。 フロントデスクが無いため何か問題がある時やチェックアウト時には Whats Appアプリと言う LINEのような無料通話アプリを使います。日本で事前登録をオススします。 12時がチェックアウト時間ですが 部屋のカードキーをテーブルの上に置いてその写真をWhats App で送ると チェックアウトの手続きが終了と言う流れになっていました。 慣れれば翻訳したメッセージを気軽に送ってスタッフとやりとり出来るので 便利でした。 コンビニも一階にあってお酒も買えます。
