Great staff. Rooms were clean and the view was fantastic from the upper floors. Building going on around the hotel but it is natural for a developing island. Breakfast was good. Walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Taxi to night market is not very much. Other restaurants available close by. Budget priced for its location
I stayed 4 nights with my family in Jan 2018 for our holiday. I booked the ocean view room with notes want stay high floor but they only give me 3rd floor, dont have nice view to Ocean bcs I only view coconut tree :), ok that depend on status of Hotel. New room, clean and comfort. 1 point plus for 2 bed in room, maily course which I book this hotel is 2 beds 😊. Cheap price for family room in 4 nights while all resort/hotel beside have double price in during this time. Breakfast: tô bad, It is not buffet, but you cannot hope any more. Dont have more choice for you. I did not use breakfast in 3 days. My solution is go out to coffee and have breakfast with my hobby. Staff: good staff. With money I pay, I cannot hoping any more. It is good for this seasons. But I will not come back, bcs I have to discover more other hotel/resort in Phu Quoc in next time.
Well - let’s start at the beginning. We booked a VIP room as it was only £6 a night more than the next room down. Emailed about an airport pickup. No problem apparently. Free. We waited an hour and no pick up. We called and emailed hotel but to no avail. Got a taxi (only about £5). Got to hotel and our sea view room was not a sea view. They say mountain we say building site! Although I could see mountains in distance. Room however was large and nice. Breakfast? Awful. They have soft stale baguettes (they arrive the day before), woeful bacon l, some fruit and French fries and Vietnamese options. Guy doing the omelettes was nice and his omelettes were good. The hotel has no beach area but walk 2 mins to nearest beach bar which is sunset beach. And as long as u buy drinks or lunch as we did we got free sun beds. But no mattresses! Sunset Beach bar is nice but food awful. And expensive. All in all if u get a good deal for this room (we got VIP for £60 a night which we was far too much as our friends had a fab place with its own beach for £40) then go for it. But couldn’t really recommend due to price we paid, awful breakfast, construction and lack of beach area.
Nice, new brand hotel for small price. Great location close to beautyful beach and not far away from town center. Lovley staff , very kind and friendly. Nice and clean rooms. Beds very comfortable. We had room on the 7th floor with balcony and wonderful sea views. Is not restaurant in this hotel but on the beach (2min walk)is great bar and restaurant ,,Sunset beach" with very good food and cocktails. I definitely recommend this hotel.
The hotel its self is nice clean fresh and modern, good AC, good bed and linens. The staff seem nice but could be much more accommodating. I booked a Deluxe Seaview room and got a view of the road and a building site on the opposite side to the sea! Asked to be moved and was told we could the next day now 3 days later we are checking out early as the build site starts at 0630 and runs late into the evening, yesterday the cable for the t.v got severed so no t.v in rooms (its nice to have the news on when getting ready in the back ground) have asked if we can be reimbursed for the last day but no refunds on booked room even tho its says on Agoda refundable! the only major down side are the walls are paper thin we have been woken on two nights by a guy snoring like crazy in another room! its that loud its comical!! Juts be pre-paired that there is hotels been built on two sides of the hotel and will probably be at least 12 months disruption!!
Good Hotel in a great location for the beach though it is a 23 minute walk to the town center or a five minute taxi ride. Modern, clean with friendly staff with great sea view if your room is sea facing. Located one minute walk to the best part of the beach. Only downside is the building work going on right in front of the hotel. I hope this new hotel doesn't spoil the views when it is eventually finished. Good breakfast with western or Vietnamese breakfast options. Only downside was the laundry service was very very expensive, paying by the item instead of by the kg. But just down the road into town opposite the Sasco Blue Lagoon Resort, just past the bar/restaurant with the big copper bear brewing tanks outside is a good laundry service that charges by the kg. Another downside was the hotel has no access to any sunbeds on the beach and most other hotels refuse to take a payment to use their's. But we found the Hiep Thanh Resort which is a couple of minutes walk southward on the beach let us use their sunbeds and umbrellas for 10,0000 Dong per bed for the day. Overall a very pleasant stay at a beautiful location and quite good value for money for this part of the beach.
We booked this hotel based on reviews already at home and we were very happy with our choice. From the hotel the beach is 2 minutes and it is the best part of the beach as there are no rocks. There is good bar - quite reasonable prices for beachfront. The staff is vey helpful and breakfast is totally ok! You cant expect 5* hotel breakfast in 3* hotel. The room is good and cleaned daily. I would recommend! A lot restaurants nearby also.
The room and its swimming pool is not my highlight ( for what I paid for). However, the staff is very helpful and the beach nearby is excellent. Very quick walk to the beach. I had a orange juice ($3) and really enjoyed the beach. Moreover, if you are a massage fan, this beach is for you! The price is about $10 depend on your package Recommended the beach more the the hotel
I planned to visit Phu Quoc without making a full trip reservation to a certain hotel and so i did. I walked on the beach and i saw the hotel, just in the back of a very nice beach bar. I entered and saw the room and i decided to stay. The room and all the services exceded my expectations, and the most important thing - the reception staff was amazing, very helpful and customer oriented. In my opinion, and based on my long walk on the beach, this hotel has the best beach position and the best access to the main touristic street (very close to bars and restaurants). 15 minutes walk to the night market or a very quick and cheap taxi ride. Deffinately recommmend this one!
Nothing spectacular but was great for the price. Room was normal size and clean, the air con only comes on when you are in the room with the key card so it does take a bit of time to get the room to a comfortable temp once you in. The pool is tiny but it is 1 min walk from the beach with a beach bar with covers and food and also hotel is across road from a few non English speaking small local restaurant. Walking distance is around 45 mins from the islands night market....but taxi is quick as it is literally one straight road.
