the room and other facilities are great! however, the procedure of checkin and checkout seems to be improved. all the time we saw the people queued up there. And, breakfast time we had to wait for more than 20 mins. so uneasy to many of us.

After a few small issues in our stay, the general manager, Ms Le and her team went above and beyond to make things right.
