Great potential for an excellent place
There are numerous pros to this place including location, spaciousness, 3 car garage, beds and the responsiveness of the owner, Steve.
Steve was extremely responsive to questions and issues we had. He was awesome.
On the down side, this was the least stocked rental we have stayed in over the years especially since we were staying there over several weeks. Cooking is important to us to keep costs down. We were surprised to find only salt, pepper, sugar and around 3 other spices. No other items like oil, flour, other common spices, cooking spray, etc. Luckily it was not an issue for us since we drove and could take purchased items with us. The pot and pans selection could be expanded and upgraded. There was plenty of dishes, utensils, silverware and glasses.
Additional cleaning supplies would also be nice. Again we bought supplies for us to clean since we were there for an extended time.
With a little more maintenance and minor upgrades, this place could be 5 stars.
