Our cozy studio apartment is the perfect retreat for a short getaway to sunny Fountain Hills. You'll find a comfy king size bed, dual wardrobes, wet bar area with microwave and kitchenette niche with toaster oven and small refrigerator. Experience all the Fountain Hills area has to offer. You will be a short walking distance (approximately 5 blocks) to Avenue of the Fountains, great shops and restaurants, the famous Fountain and park. Hiking trails abound nearby including the Lake Overlook Trail which offers panoramic views of downtown Fountain Hills and the surrounding McDowell and Superstition Mountain Ranges.

I had to park on the street every night which made it difficult to get anything out of the passenger side. There was a hill on both sides of the street covered in rocks and gravel which was slippery and made unsafe footing. The owners were not happy I had my service dog with me and insisted I have my doctor fill out forms. I gave them the paperwork I had and the husband was a little gruff. I felt they did not believe me and was looking for a reason to kick me out because of the dog.
