This charming 2 BR, 2 BA, townhome is nestled in a gated community; surrounded by lots of green grass and foliage, bright flowers and fruit trees. The inside is bright and cheery with several skylights, lots of natural light, and white wood shades. Upon entering you are welcomed to a light-filled open living, kitchen and dining area. The covered patio off the dining area has an outdoor grill, wine fridge and small outdoor fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to enjoy your own meals if you wish. Comfy, charming, and lovely... You will enjoy your stay!
There is a heated pool, hot tub, workout room, massage, spa, hair salon, and restaurant on the property as well as assigned and guest parking.
Located in the Scottsdale House gated community, across the street from the Fashion Square Mall, you are just walking minutes to Old Town Scottsdale. The location can't be beat!

Scottsdale house

Excellent location to old Scottsdale. Easy acess to Sky Harbor Airport. The amenities at Scottsdale house included swimming pool, hot tub and restaurant. A very quiet neighborhood, safe and secure. Really just a great location. Highly recommend!

Great walk to Scottsdale location; tons of restaurants

We enjoyed our stay here at Scottsdale House. The location is perfect and we loved walking to old town and the mall/food area. Plenty of fine dining and shopping. Loved the gated/guarded entrance; very secure Enjoyed all your artwork, you have talent. You responded promptly whenever we reached out to you. Enjoyed having some staples to use and I think I left you with some of mine. Kitchen well equipped. Cooked quite a few meals here. Quality of linens and towels was good; back patio with fire features was enjoyed when weather allowed We have never been away from home for 5 weeks and nice to have this place to call home.
