Welcome to the Village House, a single level home located in the heart of Queen Creek. This gorgeous, fully renovated home is minutes from numerous restaurants, shopping, golf, parks, trails, Schnepf Farms, Mesa Gateway Airport, Arizona Athletic Grounds, and the Horse and Equestrian Centre. Enjoy your own private resort featuring a pool/spa, BBQ grill, 3 Smart TV's, cornhole boards, and high end outdoor furniture. The perfect Arizona dream vacation!
Spa heating and control is included with the nightly rate. Pool heating is available during fall/winter/spring for $50 per night. The pool will be heated to 85 degrees maximum.
Pool is serviced every Monday, they usually come in the morning.
Pest control is on the second Tuesday of every month, they usually come in the afternoon.
