Good location
The house is in a nice neighborhood and has great outdoor space. However the listing on VRBO does not match what Vacasa (the property management company) has on record. Specifically when it comes to the pool and hot tub. There really isn’t a hot tub. You will be advised by Vacasa the spa cannot be set to a different temperature than the spa. Over all nice, but showing its age. The ice maker in the fridge doesn’t work. There is a switch by the front door they clicked the entire time we were there.

False Advertisement
Let's start with the positives. The house was clean. Location was great.
Now, to my "false advertisement" title. We booked this house for spring break, and the weather was going to be upper 60's, lower 70's. We were specifically looking for a house with a hot tub, and heated pool. The pictures and description of this house looked great! What we found out upon arrival was, the hot tub is broken, and if you want the pool heated, you have to notify them 72 hours in advance, and it's an additional $105 per day to heat the pool. In the description, it says there is an "App" to download to control the hot tub and pool...FALSE. The fire pit does not work either, so the back yard is no use for anything offered out there.
The upstairs bathroom had no water. The bath/shower did not work. So my entire family had to use the Master Shower. There were several light bulbs burnt out in the house as well. The fan in the master bathroom was obnoxiously loud, needs to be replaced.
Communication with the "management" company was poor, as they did not care that the description of the property appeared to be false, and you had to read the fine print about the pool and hot tub. Very disappointed!

Our Stay
The home is as advertised, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has pretty much all utensils needed to cook. But, if you drink wine, bring your own glass. If you cook, better bring all the condiments you want to cook with. If you want coffee, better bring it. The price to turn on the Jacuzzi in the pool is completely out of line and ridiculous ! Other than that, very enjoyable.

Nice Place, Have good knees
The backyard is beautiful, house was clean and neighborhood is quiet. It met all of our basic needs. My only challenges was that all bathrooms are upstairs. This is not an issue if you don't have knee problems, but keep that in mind if you are older or injured. The backyard is really second to none!

Very nice place for a family vacation
The property is very nice. They provide everything you need. Paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap… etc. The place was clean and enough space. The only con was figuring out how to unlock the door. The code given was not correct. Then we ended up having to figure out how to use the key. Another issue, but it just took some getting used to. My opinion is they need a different smart lock. The area is very nice and quiet. It’s also not too far from the highway. 2 or 3 minute drive. If I stay in the Phoenix area, I will definitely choose this place again.

Good Experience
We were traveling for a family emergency and this property fit the bill for our needs. The weather was very warm and the AC was barely up to the task. To be fair, I am not sure any AC would have been. Overall, good experience.

Nice house
The house was nice and in a great area. It wasn't as clean as I would have expected. The landscaping caused there to be constant debris in the pool. The spa didn't work at all. We were there for 2 weeks and there wasn't enough supplies like paper towels, dishwasher soap etc, provided for that long of a stay. The settings on the AC were ridiculous for an Arizona summer. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary dishes. There were enough towels, extra sheets, etc.

Overall Very Good
Nice neighborhood. Seems very new and modern. Master bed was very comfortable, but had feather pillows and duvet I think (allergies). I found a regular pillow off of another bed. Plenty of space overall. We were there during winter months so didn't use any of the outside amenities.

The Bamboozle & Sketchy Management
* pool heater is broken. Not mentioned until after I paid.
* Vacasa said they didn’t charge me the $40 a day fee for the heater so I shouldn’t complain and will not receive a discount.
* they offered to move me but to the ghetto. The house had bars on all the windows.
* Vacasa after I had mentioned my service dog sent me a nasty email telling me pets were not allowed and I needed to leave the premises immediately. after clearing that up I was sent another email stating I needed to keep the temp of the house at 75 to prevent the pipes from freezing again. (No)
* multiple time Vacasa said they would find me a new location, they would fix the heater, even had someone come out unannounced to do something with it and it never worked.
They lead me on to the point of no return. I suggest you do not stay at any Vacasa managed facilities and steer clear of this mosquito infested residence. Worst long term housing experience ever! I’ve already black listed them with my companies travel Team.
