Please refrain from using "flushable wipes." ~ 1 dog is allowed no more than 25 lbs with a pet fee. Please remember to clean up after your dog prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. The guest is liable for all pet damage. Absolutely no cats allowed.

A Perfect Family Getaway
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Phoenix home. Its prime location, just a mile from our relatives, made it incredibly convenient. The house itself was even more stunning in person, with a spacious master bathroom, top-notch appliances, and a lovely backyard perfect for relaxation. We particularly enjoyed lounging by the pool, even if it wasn't quite swimming weather.
The three bedrooms offered privacy for everyone, while the open-concept living area provided ample space for quality family time. The well-equipped kitchen was a dream to cook in.
We're already looking forward to our next visit and staying here again!

Great phoenix stay!
We really enjoyed staying at this house. Everything was very clean upon arrival. Beds were comfortable and rooms were all a good size. Master is big and master bath really nice and huge shower. The queen bedroom is in what used to be the garage and you need to walk across the house to access bathroom, but that was a very minor thing. Guest bath was good size also. Twin bed room perfect for kids. TVs in all three bedrooms and in living area. We stayed over thanksgiving weekend and were able to have some family over as well, kitchen allows for comfortable family gathering. Back yard really big and pool side is gated off so safe for kids and dogs. We had one very minor issue we contacted management about and we got a quick response. Neighborhood is nice and you can walk to Starbucks and other restaurants. Overall awesome stay and would stay again!

Beautiful house and quiet neighborhood
My husband and I spent a week in Phoenix and needed to be close to downtown. This was a beautiful house, nicely appointed and close to everything we needed. Neighborhood was pretty quiet and safe. We will definitely stay again.
