Our guests enjoy a beautiful fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath upstairs condo in a gated community. The bedroom features fine Italian furniture. It has a super comfy queen bed with a pillowtop mattress, fine quality linens, pillows and comforter. There’s a dresser, two nightstands and a walk in closet. The bathroom has a shower/tub, plenty of towels and a hairdryer. We’ve even included a couple days worth of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap to get you started.
Enjoy the amenities of the beautiful heated pool with a temperature of 88 degrees, a great jacuzzi hot tub and we’ve even provided a couple pool towels for your use. Also the community gas grill is by the pool which works out great for pool parties!! But, if you prefer charcoal grilling, there are two charcoal grills on the property.
The club house has state of the art work out equipment with a big screen tv to watch while doing your work out. There is also a sitting area with a cozy fireplace. In the game room there is a pool table for your entertainment.
You will have the use of our covered parking space and there are plenty of uncovered parking spaces for additional vehicles.

You’ll find a coffeemaker, toaster, blender, george foreman, crockpot, plenty of dishes, glasses, wine glasses, margarita glasses, martini glasses, silverware, utensils, pots and pans, grilling utensils, kitchen towels, pot holders, place mats and some spices.

Perfect location! Very clean and comfortable condo!!
You won't be disappointed - this condo is in the perfect central location to everything. From the very beginning, the owners were very accommodating and made communication easy. Only negative is our week went too fast - would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay
We had a great experience. Felt safe and comfy at all times. The location is very handy for getting to other parts of the north valley quickly. The property is always well kept and the neighbors are friendly. Chuck and Robin are great to deal with and pay attention to every detail. The condo had everything we needed.
