THIS PROPERTY HAS A 28 DAY MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD. Two large master bedrooms, each with full en-suite bathroom! The full kitchen includes all stainless appliances and the living room opens onto a large patio with spectacular views of Black Mountain. A washer and dryer are included! Enjoy morning coffee on the secondary bistro patio. Internet provided with smart TV. Easy walking distance to Carefree Sundial Center or Cave Creek with many great restaurants and shops. You will have access to a beautiful community pool/hot tub, a single car garage, washer/dryer and adjacent outside parking.
