Welcome to Metro Tempe. We offer 70 studio apartments in King bed, 2 full bed configurations AND 4 UNITS have our special 2 King Bed with kitchen configuration with pull out couch. This listing is for the 2 King Bed NO PETS Allowed apartments. Our remodel is 100% completed, pool, spa and gym are open to guests:) Sorry this apartment is strictly no pets due to carpet. We do enforce this rule so please do not bring pets to this unit.

We are 100% contactless check in, you will get your code and check in instructions a few hours before check in. No need to stand in line or exchange keys:)

We are located at Southern and Price right off the 101 walking distance to Banner Mesa Hospital. We are minutes from Scottsdale, ASU, Chandler, Gilbert and PHX.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and an ironing board.

I enjoyed the room . The location was great. The pool and hot tub were excellent muscle relaxers. Thank you for making my first Vrbo rental easy. I appreciate that very much.

Find a better place!

While the outside of the building is freshly painted, has new window screens, and rock exterior, the inside of the building is terrible. This was a stopping point while traveling from CA to Texas. We checked in past our intended arrival due to traffic and rain so we had to use the side door entrance to stairwell. Lobby doors were deadbolt locked. None of my emailed info gives a closing time. Floors were not vacuumed and had trash and smelled like urine all the way to our floor. Interior hallways a bit cleaner but still dirty. Room was clean but towels were very thin and dingy, furniture and drapes had lots of stains and the worst part is the entire building smelled like weed. I smelt it the entire night. This did not help in needing a good sleep to continue driving the next day. We couldn’t wait to leave. The bathroom and kitchen had a few bugs we killed. I would NOT recommend for any traveler to stay here!

Was not satisfied with my stay appreciate host letting us stay but nothing like pictures fromt doors didnt work u had to push them open its infested with cockroaches dusty and stinky not recommend this place to anyone sorry but don’t do it!!! Dogs barking all dam night really did not feel safe !
