Welcome to Metro Tempe. We offer 70 studio apartments in King bed, 2 full bed configurations AND 4 UNITS have our special 2 King Bed with kitchen configuration with pull out couch. This listing is for the 2 King Bed NO PETS Allowed apartments. Our remodel is 100% completed, pool, spa and gym are open to guests:) Sorry this apartment is strictly no pets due to carpet. We do enforce this rule so please do not bring pets to this unit.

We are 100% contactless check in, you will get your code and check in instructions a few hours before check in. No need to stand in line or exchange keys:)

We are located at Southern and Price right off the 101 walking distance to Banner Mesa Hospital. We are minutes from Scottsdale, ASU, Chandler, Gilbert and PHX.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and an ironing board.

Like staying in bigger, cheap motel.

Pros: 24hr security. Well lit parking lot with plenty of parking. Quiet stay. Nice kitchen and full size fridge. Good size room. VRBO host was quick with responses and professional. Cons: cleanliness off the room. It looked like old blood stains on the back of the sofa. Also seemed like a cat took it all it's frustration on the furniture in there. The pull away couch mattress was not clean. The mattress and couch covers had yellow/gray rings. I couldn't figure out where the smell of Chlorine mixed with when you leave your clothes in the wash too long was coming from. Maybe the vents? The tv closest to the beds was for cable only. There is a bigger Roku tv that could cast but it's the one in front of the gross couch. Pool/jacuzzi was down for maintenance. Overall, it met it's intent. I definitely saved money here than staying at an actual motel with less amenities. And I definitely felt safe with the security staff always downstairs and around the stair entrance. But it needs a good steam cleaning, perhaps.

Excellent location, Michelle at desk was very helpful. Room lighting was very poor, restinvery dark rooms. Furniture was very worn and uncomfortable. Cleaning staff obviously did not clean under the hutch. Pool area was dirty and only got swept after a complaint to staff. Eating utensils, dishes, and towels were in short supply until we asked for more.
