This listing is for the entire home including the backyard with pool (optional heating for an additional fee), screened in porch (AZ Room), and patio area with seating and BBQ grill. The home is 1660 square feet and all the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group. There is off-street parking available for up to 2 cars (driveway). There are no trailer, camper or RV parking accommodations available.
SLEEPING AREAS: Master bedroom with a King bed and en-suite bathroom Guest bedroom #1 with a Queen bed Guest bedroom #2 with a Queen bed Guest bedroom #3 with bunk bed (1 Queen, 1 Full) Additional sleeping in common area (full size air mattress)
COMMON AREAS: There is a large open kitchen with bar counter and attached dining room and living room. A fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available.
(Children supplies such as high chair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $5 per day per item, plus a $35 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)
PARKING: Driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles. No garage access.
ENTERTAINMENT: All TVs have live streaming. 55” HDTV in living room 32” HDTV in Master Suite 32" HDTV in AZ Room
POOL: NOT GATED (doors/gates to the backyard are self closing/latching per code) Heating Optional - the swimming pool is not normally heated and time to get up to temperature can vary with the weather as well as other guest stays (may take up to 24 hours). Please let us know at booking time if you are interested in the heated pool option. Guests requesting this option are responsible for a service fee of $75/night plus tax and fees (requires a 1 week minimum purchase for pool heater option) added on to your reservation cost.
BACKYARD: Pool Gas BBQ Patio seating
PETS: Please let us know if you have pets as dogs only are welcome to stay here. There is a per pet fee of $10 per day (plus tax). We do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e. dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we are able to inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.
*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you have a longer stay planned you may need to purchase some of these items.
When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. WE are happy to answer any questions you may have.
LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events.
If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on, and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.
Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: *Pool HEATING OPTIONAL *Noise ordinance set in place 10pm-8am. Subject to additional fees if not followed. *Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year. *Property vendors (pool, landscape, pest control, etc.) may access the grounds up to once/week and have access to the back yard. *NO GARAGE ACCESS

Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus. By car, we are 20 minutes to many popular destinations. Feel free to ask about distances, and we will let you know average drive times.
