Well stocked kitchen but communication/information was bad
We kindly asked for an early check-in. Debbie said it would probably not be feasible, but she promised to text us when unit was available; never heard from her. So, we arrived at check in time and tried the door code as shown in the confirmation email. After TOO many attempts and lots of frustration, I tried for over 40 minutes to get in contact with someone (Debbie, help desk, someone!) to get help. Debbie did call and said she must have forgotten to send us the new code! She was kind, but we had to hurry to get ready for our dinner engagement.
The next day, we tried to locate the information about nearby restaurants, things to do, etc. as well as information about how to use the Recreation Centers (one of the main reasons we chose this property). Nothing found and we didn't feel it should be necessary to contact Debbie again.
Lastly, check out is at 11 am, but at 8 am, we received a text from Debbie asking if we were checked out! We felt very unwelcome.
